Out of the many autobots out there in the Transformers universe which one is your favorite? Discuss.

Optimus Prime of course. He is like... a mechanical Jesus or... Superman. He is the dad we all would like to have.

I also love Bay's Bumblebee. Badass fighter, great robot design and great alt mode, that faceplate is so cool, and i like his cute-friendly persona. I love the "i wanna talk to you about the college thing" scene. He is like a puppy!

From the G1 universe, I would go with Optimus Prime because he is so badass! But so far in the Bayverse of Transformers, I think i prefer Bumblebee and its like there is more development for Bumblebee out of the transformers, its like he has become the main character in a way in some scenes but Bumblebee is badass too. But we will see who is the more badass Autobot from the Bayverse in ROTF!

I have no idea what the G1 was like or what the Bay one is going to be. I do like his alt mode though, that car is hot!

Also, because its been years since i last watched any G1, it was confusing for me at first with Sideswipe and Sideways. Couldnt Bay have chosen a different name for the Decepticon?

Overall, it's Optimus Prime (both in the movies and cartoons). But as far as the movie universe goes, Ironhide's my second fav. As far as the cartoon, I've always liked Grimlock, Prowl and Hot Rod.
