I tried to include most of the big figures in Green Lantern history, although I'm partial to some of the recent Green Lanterns in the new series.

I guess it isn't one of the best selling DC franchises, but I've always had a soft spot for the Green Lanterns.

Kyle's really who got me into the whole GL thing, so that's who gets my vote.

I had to go with Guy Gardner. Maybe he's more simplistic compared to some of the other Lanterns, but he's funny as hell. My favorite DC series is still the JLI and there are so many moments with Gardner that crack me up. Dude has heart.

Soranik Natu is probably one of my favorite new GLanterns. I just think the concept of the galaxy's best surgeon with Green Lantern abilities is a novel concept. She's definitely a complex character with Sinestro's background, her disgraced name on her home planet, and desire to save rather than fight with her ring's powers.

I like Kyle and Alan equally for different reasons. But Alan had no votes so I had to represent.

Glad to see Hal has no love yet. Knock him down a peg!

John Stewart, for a dozen reasons.

Then Mogo, then Kilowoggand I'm not sure how people filter down after that, but Katma, Kyle, Soranik are all up there somewhere. It also makes me happy to see a lack of Hal love.

Alan, easily. Then Kyle, then Kilowog, then Mogo, then Guy, then the rest of those mugs.

No, Hal comes after all the one-dimensional Sinestro Corps members and any future Lanterns of any color/power set that come along down the line.

Seriously, why does everyone hate Hal so much? Am I reading a different Green Lantern than everyone else, or is this just another exercise in bandwagon-jumping?

I've always hated Hal... before Johns wrote him, he was 1/2 dimensional, boring and repetitive. Now that Johns writes him, hes egotistical and a genuine *****ebag.

I was indifferent to him before Johns wrote him. Now that he's basically treated as the golden child, and to hell with any other GL, he annoys me. Same reason Sodam Yat and Supergirl annoy me right now, really. These ****ers didn't earn their positions. Hal got off on a cosmic technicality, Yat was lucky enough to have his name be in some stupid prophecy that the stupid Guardians are stupid enough to ignore Ganthet and follow, and Supergirl just hit the genetic jackpot.

Tie between Kyle and Guy, followed right behind by Mogo.

I was pretty much of the "meh" camp towards Hal before Johns came in and sloughed the Silver Age all over everything, regardless of whether it made for a good story, and whatever character development got trampled on in the process. To me, like Barry Allen, Hal made for a better character dead, for his successors to look to his legacy for examples and what to do and what not to do, and as the Spectre, than alive.
