Does Marvel or Fox have the rights to her. On one hand, she's tied to the Fantastic Four, on the other hand, she's tied to the Scarlet Witch.Does anyone know which studio has her rights?

I can imagine that if Marvel has her, she'll be closer to her 616 counterpart. If Fox owns her rights, it'll probably be the Ultimate version.

IIRC, her ties to the Scarlet Witch are fairly minor. So I'd guess she's part of the FF license, if anything.

I tend to think of her as being at her best when she's with wanda so I hope marvel has her. It wouldn't suprise me though if she is with fox

If she is, then Marvel can always use Doctor Strange as her mentor. The only characters who may belong to Fox that can cause problems for the MCU are Klaw who may be part of the FF rights but are probably safe with Marvel, Deathbird and Vulcan who are associated with both the X-Men and Guardians of the Galaxy but they're probably shared and The Brood who are also probably shared since they're tied so heavily to Ms. Marvel that I find it hard to believe that Fox has exclusive rights to them.

A far bigger problem may be Black Tarantula who started off as a Spider-Man villain but now fights Daredevil. That and J Jonah Jameson who's also tied to Jessica Jones. Granted, both of those are probably shared and if they're not, Sony is in such poor shape that Marvel can probably buy both of them.

So many characters are probably shared that I expect to see more Quicksilver situations in the future

We don't know who is shared since none of us were around when the deals were being setup I would assume if Agatha appeared in FF first that Fox has the rights since I doubt Marvel made an exception for her when the deal was signed.

Honestly, I'm dubious of whether any mystical character should be a tutor for Scarlet Witch. She doesn't really *have* to have any mystic ties at all; her powers can just be weird powers. The only benefit to having such tutoring would be the ability to create setting ties, but I'm not at all sure what you could even *do* with such a tie. Its not like a Scarlet Witch/Dr Strange teamup would be particularly purposeful, and she doesn't have a track record of showing up in the "supernatural street" stories, either.

She's called a witch though so you would assume mystic ties would have to happen eventually

Only if you take everything on the most superficial level possible. Might as well say Hawkeye has to eventually deal with sentient birds.

Well no because that didn't happen in the comics. It's not superficial if they're adapting the source material

It is superficial if your justification for including an element that only rarely matters in the comic is "the name of the character."
