If Tobe bows out, Jake Gyllenhaal comes to mind.

Although I think Wes Bentley would have made a good Spider-Man back when Columbia was still casting Spider-Man, I feel that he could have made a phenomenal Dick Grayson for Nolan's Batman films (provided if Nolan chooses to include the character) if he was just a bit younger than his American Beauty days. A young John Cusack is another who would have been a good Spider-Man.
