Brian White would actually be a very good choice but I'd go with Charles Ingram. He played Silk in Tears of the Sun. I think he'd be very believable in the role.

Morris Chesnut, watch him in "The Best Man", he seems to have that down to Earth feel that Stalker has.

Actually i ment this as a joke but seriously he probably would fit the role quiet ok... Think about it, used to be a wrestler so his hand to hand combat skills would pair up well with Ray Park as Snakeeyes... Plus he can act.

Depending how you wanted to portray the character you can go a bunch of different ways. He could be an older vet, a young hotshot, an established and reliable guy on the team, a wildcard, comical dude. Depending on what you want will dictate who you cast. I think Delroy Lindo could do great as a "Stalker" character in a G.I. Joe sequel. Doesnt have to be the actual Stalker character. Its a code name

If I was asked to pitch a sequel plot, I always had this idea to get the whole ball rolling:

Snake-Eyes goes AWOL to rescue his former comrade Stalker (who got him to first join the military but is not a Joe) from a villain who turns out to be Cobra-affiliated.
