I like Micheal Jackson's 80s songs (not a fan of him you're correct) but for 007 no I rather have U2 sing the title song who also wrote the GoldenEye song for Tina Turner.

If there is no opeining song, I think they should have something classical with modern beats under it, like The Propellerheads version of OHMSS. Maybe RZA or The Chemical Brothers could throw something together.
