I love Batman/Bruce Wayne because his traits and characteristics (at times) remind me of myself, e.g. reclusive (again, at times) but also likes to party; fighting (not literally) justice is a major reoccurring thought of mine, especially concerning major events and happenings around the world. I love his gritty, willing personality and I like that at once he is an icon as well as a commodity. When I read a Batman comic/graphic novel I just feel I can relate in ways and escape my world and enter Gotham City.
