By the way, there's a pretty big population of women out there who can't have orgasms from just intercourse; they need the clitorus to be manually stimulated.
That's got precious little to do with "prowess," and that's not me defending my own situation-- I dated a girl years ago who'd get orgasms just from kissing me, and I know it's not because I'm the world's best kisser. There are all kinds of "unusual" nervous (as in neural, not anxiety) response patterns, and the "needs manual stimulation" thing is pretty common.
That girl was a b!tch, and I'd rather work harder for a better overall package deal than throw out "no-hands" orgasms to an evil woman.
A newsflash to my grunting, knuckle-dragging brothers:
It's possible for a man to have intercourse and provide manual stimulation for his woman simultaneously. What's that, you've tried and it's really awkward? Welcome to sex, people; it's not like on TV and in the movies.
