Do you want him to? IMO, I think it would be nice for him to have a few lines. Please discuss and give your opinion.

If he spoke Cybertronian or something that sounded alien, I think that would only add to how creepy he can be (kind of like the Yautja in 'Predator')

Still, if he were to speak english, I would hope that it would be suitable to his character, and that his lines would be meaningful (not just some bantering, etc.)

i voted no because personally... i dont want the Fallen to really be in the movie. with Megs coming back, Scream bringin the gang in town, and Mr. DeathWheel's forming the Devazord... thats TOO much big bad ass villians all at once.

They could write it as he started a language but it would not make much sense to me. He would have to teach everyone it first. That would interfere with all of his enslaving and conquering. So that cant be it.
There was no www. then so I don't see how he could learn their language either.

So the best sense would be to make him speak cybertronese.

Although that would be quite surprising and rather awesome, I would prefer for him to speak Cybertronian and English. If the fallen were to speak, I would imagine his voice to be very distinctive, foreign, and deep like xerxes' voice from 300.

That said, Michael Bay should go and cast his uncle, a certain Leonard Nimoy, to do the voice.
