As promised in the Red Sonja thread, I finally got to doing what I think a Witchblade teaser poster should look like.

hey mate, i know how much you liked the official, and this is great, the blue is a nice touch, as it enhances the separate main colours, though i do feel the eye is a tad dark maybe a lighter green

The hand looks really small, especially since it's supposed to be inside the armor. It's in the foreground, it should be bigger.

Have you put your hand up to your face recently and remember guys have bigger hands than women.
The hand is also close to face.

But to be fair, if it were to be used, I would probably make it a fraction bigger, but not much.
I'd also fill out her hair some more.

You've still given her an extraordinarily small hand, even for a female. Considering how tight of a shot it is, the hand would be relatively close to the lense and perspective would occur. Take a picture of yourself (or a girl) in the same position and you'll see.

Look at these pictures and notice how large the hands are in proportion to the face.

I know that the TV Witchblade gauntlet was massively larger than the comics version, but a gloved hand would still be larger than you've made it.

You are one of the few people to be fixated on that and i have showed a lot of people.
I agree that it could be bigger but I opted for this size as I wanted the composition to work.
Bottom line is that the folks at Top Cow liked it and lets see what happens.
If they ask for it to be bigger, I'll do it.

I love your work and it looks very detailed but I have to agree with WallCrawl that the hand is disproportionatly sized compared to the head. But that is very minor. Nitpick but also Sara's eyes are brown not green. The gaunlet itself is masterfully done though. Keep up the good work. I'd love to see another Witchblade poster from you.
