Phew. And why did he get banned? He didn't cause any trouble, iirc.

kind of a long story. i wasn't there but it involved tasm2 spoilers and him signing a NDA.

not sure if sony got word of it, or shh were just being extra resilient/careful, but he got perma-banned either way.

He's an extra in the movie. From what I gather, he vaguely mentioned something that he saw on set. SHH deleted the posts (original and quoted) and banned him. I think the issue was that he had signed a NDA, and mentioned things anyway (however vague) so SHH was covering their asses.

My problem is, the NDA is really a nonissue for SHH - that's all on Legend. I get SHH not wanting to be seen as the site that allowed his spoilers to be posted and distancing themselves from any possible dealings with Sony and Legend, but then why do they allow all these (obviously not officially released) set photos and video to be posted?

edit: sorry i misread.

yeah, not too sure. i guess one type of spoiler is more serious than the other.

I see, thanks for replying, both of you. I'm thinking this is kind of extreme. An infraction/warning woulda been more suitable.

He shouldn't have tried to say anything about what he saw, but posters shouldn't have tried to get him to say anything about what he has seen either.

A completely random question:

Am I the only one who liked how SM:TAS had Morbius suck blood through holes in his hands?

I have never liked the idea of having a Spider-Man villain be a typical vampire. It's so unoriginal to me. I like the idea of Morbius needing blood and being pale like a vampire but he shouldn't be a "classic" vampire per se IMO, if you know what I mean. He should be kinda like a vampire and have clear similarities but not be a super villain version of Dracula.

You're not the only one, I for one really liked the version. I don't want Morbius to be a plain vampire, it would feel more like some "Spider-Man VS Dracula" thing than a Spider-Man villain

Exactly! :) And I think it'd be a much tougher challenge for Spidey to avoid having Morbius get a grip on him, compared to not letting Morbius bite him.

I really like Morbius as a character but I've never been a fan of "Spider-Man vs. Dracula".

At the same time, I like some vampire aspects of him. I would like an idea of him becoming pale and needing blood and therefore he himself sees the similarities of vampires and kinda embraces that with gothic clothes, without REALLY being a vampire in a Dracula kind of way.

how would I get in trouble for linking a video?

The vid says "Motherf*****" at one point.

I know, it's ridiculous for us who live in Norden, who are used to none censorship, but that's sadly the rules here.

Speaking of that...you're from Finland. Do you speak any Swedish?? :)

inte :oldrazz:

almost none. though "jag vet" is a pretty common phrase around here

Haha, that's funny! Not that you don't speak Swedish but that the phrase "jag vet" is common, of all phrases, you know haha! That's random haha!

For those who don't know, "jag vet" is Swedish for "I know". :P

haha :D

but I have to be honest, having lived here for all my life, I'm not exactly a fan. I really want to take a trip to US someday, preferably Manhattan New York or San Francisco. I've practiced American accent like hell, went on courses and all that

Not a fan of Sweden or Finland or what do you mean?

Yeah I'd love to visit New York or California one day. But I'd really not want to live there! There are many things I like about USA but also many things I think are stupid.

I meant "not a fan of Finland" but now that I think about it, I don't like Sweden that much better either. Still, a trip to Sweden is always welcome in summer time, I like how peaceful it is there

I agree, US has some stupid things. It's just that I don't like how small in scale Finland is. If I had to live somewhere i'd want it to be fairly normal but still large in scale. US would be perfect for that in that sense. And you can't help but to feel that USA is the center of everything. Almost all of the mainstream media comes from there and they have a close-to universal language

I love Sweden at summer time, when it's not raining. I hate however that the winter is so long and how dark it is during the days at winter. It is pretty depressing. But I love Sweden too much to leave. I love our music, I love our ethics and policies, I love how secularised Sweden is, I love the welfare and our policies, I love our language etc. Most of all I love our girls haha (yes the myth is true I'd say).

Though there are things I do not like as well. It's almost a crime here to be proud of the country. People would instantly think of you as a "racist". I also don't like how politically correct we have to be all the time. There is no sense of unity here I'd say. As I said, you're basically not allowed to be proud of your country, at least not aloud. Media and people overall only bash things that are "Swedish" or "Western" culture, but never dare to say anything negative that's connected to foreign religions, because they're afraid of upsetting them. People here are very ungrateful of how good they have it (Sweden is one of the safest and most modern countries to live in and has a very good economy) and seldom do things for the people but for their own. It's very individualistic here.

For example, I'm not sure if it's enforced yet, but if it is there will be no more national anthem at graduation anymore because that's too "nationalistic" and might "upset those who are from other cultures". I mean, that's just ridiculous. And many times, it's just those politicians making such decisions even when people "from other cultures" haven't made any complaint, so it's not those people's fault but the politicians. They make "foreign" people look bad, even though there are a few of those actually making such complaints but they are just stupid, just as there are a few stupid people in any culture.

It's always about "us" having to adjust to "others" all the time. That's what I really don't like about this country. But there are so many great things that I can't imagine myself living anywhere else. I think the smaller scale is just right for me.

I haven't been to Finland and I don't think I have plans to. I don't know why but I just don't know much about what it's like over there and I picture it being pretty much like Sweden when it comes to nature, places and stuff. I do think however that you Finns would be fun to party with haha. And you have some good music too.

About USA. I very much agree with those things you list there that is awesome about that country. I do however think that their policies are horse crap, that their heavy faith in religion sucks (also how ironic it is considered their policies and many other things) and the conservatism among many people there. However, electing Obama as their president is the best thing they've done for a long time if you ask me. That gives me hope not everyone there is stupid :P

I also do appreciate how they fight against terrorism and cover our asses. But that doesn't make me want to live there :P

wow that's a lot of text! still, I read it all

yeah I guess I kinda understand what you mean. Finland though on the otherhand has a very strong sense of unity, almost to the point of Americas level. I'd say that not being too proud of your own country has it's perks, in Finland the rasicm has gone through the roof, it has gotten very annoying

Yeah too much is equally as bad as too little. It's that bad over there? I didn't know that. A balance is definitely preferrable. Racism is just as stupid and old fashioned as religious fanatics. And most of the time those two go hand in hand.

Yes, I hate overly religious and conservative people.

For those who read, was that 'spoiler' Ian posted a big deal?

He posted some stuff, such as what Electro's suit looked like but that didn't say much more than what we already knew from Jamie.

He also told us he saw storyboards and pictures of Rhino and said that looks-wise, he'd give them both 8/10.

He did however post one pretty big spoiler for the massees.

EDIT: Spelling mistake. I meant masses.....
