I was more thinking along the lines of warnings which would have appeared in threads as you said? Pages accumulate very quickly

Ok, so I have never been able to get into Spectacular Spider-Man that much but I decided to give it a shot. Man oh man, it's such a great show!!! I burned through the first season and am watching the gang war arc on the 2nd. The way they adapted the whole symbiote storyline was awesome!! And that fight between Venom and Spiderman in Idenity Crisis? Incredible!! We deserve to see such fights on the big screen.

For all its merits, spectacular Spidey started off season 2 with some meh episodes. I did not like the way they adapted Mysterio and Kraven. However, things picked up a lot when the Sinister Six broke up. So far, Season 1 seems better than 2 for its consistency in quality.

You should. The initial episodes are a little tough to get through but, as the first season progresses, it becomes good-great. Then when the second season starts, it really becomes awesome. I suggest you give it a try.

However, the show is full of shocking twists and turns so beware of spoilers.
