I donno, I enjoy icing with my cake. Not cake with my icing... See what I'm saying?

I'm a fan of whatever cake that was in Matilda.

Lies. All lies.

I don't exactly see why people call IM2 a commercial for TA. The only thing it introduced was Black Widow and some S.H.E.L.D. stuff. The new element, Whiplash, the drones, Hammer Industries, War Machine, etc aren't even featured in TA. I don't like IM2 that much, it's about a 7.5, but I don't see why it's more of commercial than Thor or CA.

Well, it didnt' have to do more. It detracted from the main story, it lessened the internal struggle they were setting up for Tony, it cause Vanko to get sidetracked and the rivalry between their dads to be oversimplified.

Take the Avengers and SHIELD stuff screentimes out, and you have at least 20 minutes you could use for story and character development.

As for the came/icing metaphor, I agree it was all icing, but I have to say it didn't hurt afterwards.

Cake is alright. A warm slice of pie and a scoop of delicious ice cream--Mmmmm, now that's where it's at!

If only MOS had cake...

Weed brownies if you're talking about MOS.

I didn't love Dredd, but it deserves a sequel more than many movies deserve to get made.

I've come to realise that I enjoy The Simpsons alot more than Family Guy these days! For a couple of years ago, I never thought I'd feel that because I really didn't like The Simpsons at that time, and found Family Guy to be hilarious.

Family Guy just relies too much on randomness, and the amount of "like when...*flashback*" are seriously overkill. Whereas the humour in The Simpsons actually feels smart, thought out and genuine.

FG is stale, has been for a looooooong time. Although the last couple seasons were better, that doesn't say much.

I haven't been keeping up with the last 5 or so seasons for Family Guy but the first 3 or 4 seasons was terrific.

Seth MacFarlane is a God, that's what makes that show. A comical genius.

Lately the show has dimmed however there are some real gems. This episode is friggin hilarious.

FG is very hit or miss, I feel sometimes it's just desperately trying to be offensive without it being genuinely funny. South Park has mastered that, IMO. It can be offensive, but it's not offensive just to turn some heads and raise viewership, it has a meaning.

I like The Simpsons, I for one don't think it's become as ****** as most people say it has.

Bob's Burgers is great, everyone must watch it.

If only MOS had cake...

Speaking of MOS I just came up with the perfect metaphor to sum
up my feelings about it. Watching it
felt similar to listening to a Linkin Park piano ballad. Unless you're a hardcore Linkin Park fan you probably understand what I mean.

Family Guy is similar to Saint's Row (mostly 3 and 4). Most of the time it's just a bunch of random ***** thrown together without any real concern from the people developing it on whether or not it fits together or even makes sense.
