Haha wow totally. Yeah he's just in his character. He's so in it. And he's killing at what he's supposed to do with it you know?
Man I bet he's gonna impress for the time he has on screen.

Totally. The man can be handed any kind of role and nail it. "Hmm, play a leader orangutan in the Planet of the Apes? Let's see what I can do!"

Now imagine a role that he has been dreaming of for years... a role that he wanted long before this movie was announced! Think about how much more effort he'll put into that... :wow:

I just read "One Moment in Time," and felt I felt very depressed afterwards.

The name "Quesada" tops the line of credits on a Spider-Man book
Of course it's depressing

:applaud
I wanna not only see him as Aleksei, but as RHINO.

I loved Back in Black which is before one more day if you've read that. Yeah all of that after back in black is depressing haha.

As I've said before, TASM ended for me with One More Day. After that, nothing is canon anymore.

Spader is Ultron. I guess that will be interesting. I've only seen the guy in The Office.

I read the original Batman: Death in the Family, and I really liked it.

Is that confirmed? Cause I liked the rogue JARVIS idea.

Also, although Arkham Asylum is a great graphic novel, Death on the Family is not. Becuase it's a storyline from the regular comics. Arkham is a one-shot graphic novel (and probably, along The Killing Joke, the best one).

Arkham Asylum is good too.

I'm trying to get into comics since I thought me loving this movies and cartoons and not reading the actual source material was kinda dumb. I'm like the biggest superhero guy who doesn't read comics. So I'll be getting some stuff from the library every now and then. For Marvel, they have that Unlimited service, so that's covered. DC I can only get via library or Amazon.

As for Ultron, I think maybe he can start off sounding like JARVUS, but then eventually turn evil and start sounding like Spader.

I've never been into pirating stuff. Maybe a song once in awhile that's difficult to buy, but that's it.

I didn't like the art in Arkham Asylum, didn't read it because of that

Even if you don't count OMD or anything after, there are still well over 500 issues of the main series to enjoy. Not to mention other 616 tie-ins such as The Spectacular Spider-Man, Web of Spider-Man, as well as Ultimate Spider-Man and other countless Spider-Man titles.

There is a LOT of Spider-Man goodness.

Sensational By Agguire-Sacasa and Friendly Neighborhood by Peter David are two of my favorite more recent runs

They didn't last very long though, did they?

Did you ever get to read Spider-Man: Blue? I have to say, it was really fantastic. If you are a fan of the Stan Lee/Steve Ditko & John Romita Sr. eras of Spider-Man, you will LOVE this graphic novel. The ending was really touching, and I certainly recommend it.

Its not necessarily in cannon with the 616 universe, but its heavily inspired by it, taking direct moments from the early comic books, adding some small twists to these stories.

No, which ads more to their value

Didn't read it
Death and Destiny mini from late 2000 (that year) is enjoyable homage

Might read it later, probably next year
I'm still off sitting through anything Spider-Man before I watch the upcoming movie, more than 250 days for the guy waiting for home video release
