The Amazing Spider-Man 2 With Great Sequel Comes Great Lounging - Part 5

Thought this might be the one
I need to read this

Everything just resonated for me really well. The aesthetic of the whole read. It's been compared to Ultimate Spider-Man in terms of renewal and all that.

Is there a comic that deals with alternate reality of Peter that tells what Peter would have been if he wasn't Spidey?

I'm questioning my stance on Blu-Ray movies. I've tried to wait for movies to finish their trilogies and stuff before buying them, but I'm wondering if that is even worth it anymore. Should I wait to buy all of The Amazing Spider-Man movies in like 2018 when all four films are out and they make a box set or buy them as they come out? Box sets are a tricky thing. Most of the time, companies simply stick the normal copies of the movies in a nice box, thus you waited for nothing. Sometimes they put every movie in a box and they take away some bonus features that you could have had if you got them separately. But sometimes, sometimes, these collections include everything they released before plus a bonus disc or something that has never been seen before.

I think, if the price is good, I'm gonna start buying movies separately. However, with the Marvel movies I'm gonna wait for Phase 2 Collection, the LoTR/Hobbit I'll wait for the inevitable collection, and James Bond I'll get that 50th Anniversary Edition one day. I'm still waiting to buy the TDK: Ultimate Collector's Edition.

Gonna see what after Christmas sales I can get on Blu-Rays.

My decision about buying single Blu-rays vs buying a collection or trilogy set has to do with how much I like the movie. I really enjoyed ASM so I bought that one right away. I also wanted the steelbook version of that movie and those usually sell out pretty quickly so if there's a movie I want to get in the SB, that will usually alter my decision sometimes. And again, with ASM, if I continue to like the movies, I'll buy them indivdually. If they happen to release a boxed set sometime in the future with additional extras I'll happily lay down the cash to grab it.

Saw American Hustle last night. Blehhhhh

I was literally falling asleep through parts. But the part where
j law lays one on any adams
woke me up.

I wanna check out The Wolf of Wall Street, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to endure that run-time, lol.

That looks like another movie like American Hustle. Has a cool cast...but turns out boring. I love Leo though.

Yeah, The Wolf of Wall Street looks awesome. American Hustle doesn't really interest me at all.

Two words: Jennifer Lawrence. I'd queue for 10 hours straight just to see her pick her boogers

Anyone who would recommend me a great, fun game? :P On PS3.

Well, there's Infamous 2 and also the first Uncharted game. I'm not sure if you've played either of those cause they're not on your 'owning' list but both are exceptional.

Guys what's wrong with people saying Merry Christmas? I'm getting real sick of happy holidays and crap

I just got GTA V last night. Fantastic game, easily my top PS3 game.

I'm pretty indifferent about Christmas. What I look forward to is the food, and being free from studies for a couple of days. I'm not looking forward to the eve itself.

It's like birthdays too, I very much don't look forward to it because it's not like I'm any excited about gifts (I'm past that age, I feel). It's just about getting older, which doesn't feel that good anymore haha.

It's all about tradition for me and therefore I'm sometimes feeling "Why am I even celebrating this?". Most often, Christmas means stress to find gifts. But if those getting your gifts get happy, it's all worth it.

I think that whenever (and if) I get kids, I will look forward to Christmas again because I imagine it's great to see the kids' excitement.
