I don't think there's anything more powerful in a Spidey film than him being devastated and heartbroken and still getting up and literally jumping headfirst into missiles to protect the people of NY.

Best Spidey ending to date. :spidey:

It spares the disappointment of not having a final swing
It's both weird, and fun

From the Oxford scene to the End credits, I thought the movie just went up and up and up in terms of excitement, completely broke everyone's hearts from Gwen's demise to the speech and the funeral, and picked everyone up again by showing him moving on, finding hope and standing up for what is right.

Fantastic ending, and I think it trancends any percieved problems with the film

Oh it's the most Spidey thing they could've done.

From what I've heard about the ending I'm going to love it.

Yeah... :(

You predicted it? When? How?
Did you like the idea?

It was a few months ago when I made the post lol. Damn, I could be a writer for TASM 3. I'm emailing Webb my resume. :word:

Man am I dying to see this movie again. Just after seeing it last night. I feel like I'm still counting down with you guys.

What did you think of it Nicko?

To put it simply, it's a great Spider-Man movie. It really has everything you want out of one. Just a lot to juggle and it drags somewhere in the second act. But everything else and a lot of it is really great. Some of my favorite things are Max/Electro, the complete OsCorp/Osborn angle, the Parker mystery, and Spider-Man.

What about Gwen??????

Lol their romance is so problem-less that it's already likable you know? It's already expected. At least for me. It gets a tiny bit redundant in the middle of the movie, but Garfield and Stone encore their chemistry from the first movie.

That's great. I'm so looking forward to seeing this.

How was the action? What did you think of the beginning scene with the truck chase?

People like you, Eggyman, Gueststar2004, SpideyK and some others are making me feel hopeful that I'll like the movie. Jeremy Jahns gave his review and I'm really disappointed... :(
