That is a battle skirt. There are no shorts visible there.

Why would the shorts be visible when she's posing? If she got any movement going on where the skirt is flipping up......what are you expecting to see. She isnt going to be wearing a wonder thong

First off, I wasn't even talking about Gal or anything she's ever worn in the DCEU movies.

Thats what I’m thinking right now too; but I could also see Gunn lifting a bit from New 52 like he did with the Superman suit, and give us more silver & blue this time.

But I certainly wouldn’t be disappointed if we got this (the classic, IMO):
