I think that Wonder Woman should be the one in the movie who in the end resolves the conflict between Superman and Batman and be the founder and creator of the Justice League. While Superman is an alien trying to fit in with humanity and Batman is a reclusive billionaire, Woman Woman is more a political figure since she is an Amazonian Princess. Her skills as a leader would be ideal to locate and organize super heroes from around the world and the stars into the Justice League. Like Nick Fury in Iron Man she could have a scene at the end of the movie where she introduces Superman and Batman to the Justice League (the group of superheroes she has brought together to battle emerging evils that they could never defeat individually). Zack, I hope you are reading this!

I'm guessing that Wonder Woman's "role" in Superman vs. Batman may be limited to a cameo appearance as "Princess Diana: Ambassador for Themyscira" at some special event that Clark Kent is covering as a report and/or that Bruce Wayne is attending.

It would be great if we actually see her as "Wonder Woman" (i.e. her superhero persona), but given the fact that both Superman and Batman need and deserve ample screen time to establish their characters, that may not be possible.

Wonder Woman being the arbiter of peace between Superman and Batman is a good idea. It would help to establish her as more than just an angry, man-hating, vengeance-seeking, violent fury of a woman.

I imagine it will be a small role as Diana with a solo film a year later which explains her origins and introduces as to other characters like Steve Trevor and Hippolyta.

This movie is starting to feel a little 'Spider-Man 3', by that I mean having too many characters and spinning too many plates.

Other people have repeatedly said this, but the problems with Spider-Man 3 had nothing to do with the amount of characters included, and everything to do with the execution of including the amount of characters it featured.

As for WW's role in BvS, I don't see them having created the whole 'love interest' casting call description out of whole cloth and think we'll see her and Bruce together as a couple in some capacity to contrast Clark and Lois, and I also think she, Bruce, and Clark will come together at some point to fight whatever the story's central threat ends up being.

I would love for there to be a sub plot sort of floating in the background, some kind of threat or what ever that Supes and Bats have not had the time to investigate or handle yet, and before the end of the film when our heroes finally get their acts together on this, when they arrive it's already been taken care of... By a woman both men saw briefly at different parts of the film. The mystery woman remains mysterious by getting on board some invisibly cloaked V-Tol aircraft. Cue up title card: To be continued in... TRINITY.

^Sister... Don't let that man-****e Jordan talk to you like that!!

Set up and establish Clark Kent in the Bugle.

Superman/Clark supporting cast - Lois, Martha, Perry.

Introduce Bruce Wayne.

Introduce Batman.

Introduce and flesh out the Villian/s.

Introduce Wonder Woman (may only be a cameo)

Touch on elements of the first Superman movie.

A LOT of spinning plates.

I want Diana introduced early in the movie, maybe drop a comic book in joke (help me out, I'm not clever) and have her in that one scene. Perhaps drop a hint that she can handle herself in a fight?

In the final conflict I would like to see Batman and Superman fighting together, not winning, not losing, but holding even. Then a boomerang tiara/lasso comes in from of screen as Wonder Woman flies into battle. Superman should be shocked that about Diane, Batman should have a smug-I-figured-that-out-already (either that or no reason whatsoever).

Snyder's comments make me less sure that this is a simply a cameo. The way he was talking/hyping her up leads me to believe that she'll actually get something more to do than just walked on and give her name. If the Doomsday rumors turn out to be true, then I'll be even more sure of this.

I hope it's significant and memorable. I think Batman and Superman have had their opportunity to establish themselves already over the past 30 years. People know who they are. Just don't have a meaningless walk on as either Diana Prince or Wonder Woman. It should be epic.

her role is to help Superman fight Batman, because there's no way Supes will be able to handle that alone

I agree. Snyder's statement and even the announcement makes me think there is more for Wonder Woman/Diana.

I think we will probably get a fight scene involving Diana/WW at the end, at the least.

I think she'll have a pivotal role. I'm hoping and praying they can make this all work.

tbh...I don't want Wondy to have a whole lot of screen time in a movie tentatively titled Batman vs. Superman. I just don't see what sort of role she could or should play. What I do want is some Diana Prince in the movie. I don't know how this will be done, but I imagine since Superman has revealed himself then maybe Themyscira sends a representative to the world of men to check it out. I'd like to see her accessing both Batman and Superman as possible threats in an undercover role.

What I am ultimately hoping for is a good showing for the character...period! It's about time for Wondy to get some film love, and I'm hoping her role is at least big enough to garner some new fans.

Wondy had a decent sized role in the recent run of Batman/Superman, which was awesome (and their first meeting in the new 52).

Nobody seemed to mind that she was in that, or that it should have been called Trinity.

Interesting how if it's a movie, fans have a different reaction.

I have read some of it...and it's not bad....but I don't like the gimmicks. I just can't get down with them. I've seen too many and they removed the ONE element I loved. LOL...don't get me started on 52, but Pak and Lee have been nice. I got a few issues from a recommendation, and I like all the ones I have. If didn't dislike the other elements so badly I would auto-purchase.

I read the first issue of the Pak/Lee Batman/Superman and I was completely with it until the whole alternate earth/time travel shenanigans that happened at the end. Just my personal taste, im not big on time travel stories and wasn't a fan of seeing that so heavily incorporated into Batman and Superman's first meeting. I was really hoping it was going to be more of a straight forward "first encounter" story.

Is any one else kinda bummed the world's greatest superheroine gets her first cinematic debut in a Superman sequel.

I'm not hating or anything,...just thought bring it up.

lol...I was so happy to see Supes and Lois together. I just went with it.

I think this may be an instant of crawling before you walk. I really hope Gadot knocks it out the park because Wondy needs a good showing if she is ever to get a solo movie.
