We'll start with people proposing countries and the two 'best' films from the country. Then I'll put them into groups and do the normal tournament thing. This way we end up with like a national tournament of cinema, where it's not just the best films, but the best national cinema etc etc...

i concur, I just guessed that most people on the hype would be unaware of this, with good suggestions, any country will be included.

Then people should post England instead of United Kingdom. There is no such thing as Scottish and Welsh cinema.
