Worst Case Scenario: Back-up Plan for the Failure of Banjo Kazooie 3.

WHF i read your post on gamer rejects "The Illuminati Has Been Angered!" i think i truly laughed my ass off. it sounded like a conspiracy theory some guy in a tin foil hat would make...WHF you would make Hitler proud.:hehe:

Our cover has been blown. Everyone abandon Gamer Rejects IMMEDIATELY!!!

I'm going to find out how to just have the site block her IP from entering. Beyond forum access. Straight-out website denial. I read how to do it once on TechAnswers or something like that.

He just put him on modwatch and IP banned him I think. He may have Misery'd him too, but I think it's just IP ban from the forum.

For DBZgirl, we require more... "exacting"... methods.

*camera pans out, maniacle laughter.*

uh by pointing out a game that was ported to another system from the Wii and didnt sell very well makes more sense to me...:whatever:

Uh, if that's the case, WHF does have a point. What you should have mentioned was how reviewers criticized the 360 port because it simply wasn't as successful without the motion controls.

Doesn't matter. At it's core Rayman isn't fun no matter how stupid you look playing it.

But, as you now see in my edit, I wasn't talking about Twilight Princess or the one-diminesional replacement of a gesture over a button press. That has nothing to do with gameplay. You responded to a point I wasn't even making.
No, I responded to a point that you were making, realized was ******ed, and then edited into an even more ******ed point. Still the same old Gray Ghost I see. Pretty soon you'll be going rabid because someone mentioned how mediocre and overrated Miyamoto is.

I have to. It's the epitome of a "me too" game.

I've never played Raving Rabbids, but I love these guys:

I see my point went over your head. As I tried to make clear, I wasn't talking about the one-dimensional replacement of a gesture over a button press (as you seem to be thinking), but rather how an advance in control scheme allows for the re-thinking of game design, the "shooting range" being an analogy. I've also tried to relate this discussion conceptually to the PC, where entire genres flourish because of the mouse. The RTS, for example, is a natural fit for the mouse but isn't conducive to an analogue control scheme, which may or may not be one of the reasons for the genre being underrepresented on traditional consoles. In the same way, a game like Zack and Wiki is a natural fit for the Wiimote but isn't conducive to an analogue control scheme. I could talk specifics, and if you should like, we can continue this discussion via PM. That's reasonable enough, I should think.

As for insulting Miyamoto, couldn't resist sneaking in flamebait, eh? What can I say? I'm through with the petty quibbles, but if I may say so, I feel quite confident in supporting Miyamoto and Nintendo and letting their work speak for them (:wow:). So yes, please do call Miyamoto "mediocre" and "overrated," you'll hear nothing from me.

You don't know what you're talking about, as is evidenced by you saying controllers can't be used to control shooters, while they are in fact quite intuitive.

And Zack and Wiki could easily be done with analoque sticks and button presses.
