One problem with Harrington is his height. I have no doubt that his acting will be top notch, but he would make for a fairly short Dick. I'm not sure about Madden's height. Since we know Affleck is a big dude, we need an equally big Dick.

I don't think Nightwing has to be as tall as Batman...anywhere between 5'9" and 6'0" would be fine IMO.
