Yes! Glad someone else noticed that. Thought I was the only one lol.
I loved the callbacks to X2 primarily sneaky mystique breaking into an office and when they went to the pentagon the beginning felt like X2. Beast with a group touring the building just like Nightcrawler touring the white house in the opening of X2. Loved that.
