To me, the ones I'd be most interested in seeing are Lilandra, the Shi'ar Empire and the Starjammers. If it's done right, all three could be in one film too... similar to the storyline from the 90s X-Men cartoon, where Lilandra contacts Xavier to help her reclaim the throne from D'Ken (and the Starjammers as the space pirates keeping the M'Kraan crystal from him).

The only thing is that storyline largely revolved around Jean Grey as Phoenix, so it may have to be altered if they don't want to use that arc.

Bryan Singer has tried to make the X-Men as close to real life as people with superpowers can be. In doing this it has become hard for the X-Men to show their true potential, their powers have been downgraded and so have their adventures. If they somehow try to make the X-Men a bit more fantasy then I could see it working.

The real problem is that if the X-Men go into space, the story will no doubt be 'Wolverine saves the entire universe.' :csad:

Thats why if the X-Men ever go to space, they should include the Fantastic Four.

I would rather they didn't clutter up an X-Men space movie with the Fantastic Four. That would be too much, and too many characters, on top of Starjammers and/or Imperial Guard. It would muddy the water too much.

Some slight crossover would be fine (like Reed Richards talks on a screen to the X-Men about the space mission, or they mention he designed the rocket or something). But the whole F4 appearing in the same movie might feel like too much.

Agreed, nothing wrong with characters showing up with reason but they still have a long ways to go on development of actual X-Men characters. Rather not have the F4 take up character time when certain X members can't even get theirs.

If the X-Men and the Fantastic Four do a team-up movie, they don't exactly have to face the StarJammers or Imperial Guard especially if they are in outer space. They could do what the Avengers did, face 1 villain with an army of aliens.

I'd be surprised if they ever do a cross over with X-men and Fantastic 4

problem is when you have loads of mutants with super powers around what makes these 4 people who have gain super powers in outa space... fantastic?

I dont think Fox will do a real crossover either.

Personally, Id like a few cameos here and there, like Reed having a cameo on a X-Men sequel as someone suggested, and maybe Beast having one on a F4 movie.

More than that.... not sure if it would be a good idea.

They could just focus on 4 to 6 X-Men and let them work with Fantastic Four. And for the other X-Men, a cameo wouldn't hurt.

If they will have a cross-over film with Fantastic Four, they would probably need to limit the amount of mutants that will appear in a lead/supporting role.

Don't know how would they do crossover with F4, when they are rebooting F4. Franklin should be teenager at this moment, remember Stryker computer?

if Striker already existed on X2 time (on the 2000's)... he should be older on present day, but... with this idea of F4 being teenagers.... I just dont like the idea.

4F as teenagers sound lame. Its not First Class, the origin of a well known trilogy, and if they want to crossover, it would be a bit underhelming to see old x-men with young F4, like if they were just other young "mutants".

Old F4 are richer than that, imo

Franklin is Sue and Reed child, if he existed ten years ago, and Stryker knew about him, then Franklin should be teenager today. So X-Men/F4 crossover wouldn't make any sense now.

how can you know Franklin was born on 2003? lol

he could easily have 15 years on X2 and one they do the crossover, he could easily have 30 years.

X2 was 10 years ago, if the crossover happen in... lets say... 2018, he would have 28, in that case.

if he had 20 years on X2, he would have 35.

    everything is possible :p
