I beat XML2 the other day and the ending was a tad ho-hum but it's still an excellent game.I have Deadpool now.He's sort of an amalgam of Bishop and Nightcrawler which is cool.Deadpool has been a favorite of mine since like forever so it's a pleasant suprise.I'm playing it again with a team of Gambit,Iceman,Wolverine and Nightcrawler.

Just beat it myself a couple days ago. Took me about a week with a team of Cyclops, Storm, Wolverine and Rogue. Now I'm contemplating doing it over again with Jean, Magneto, Iceman and Deadpool. Is there anyway to restart the whole game with all the characters I've unlocked or am I stuck with Danger Room sims?

No, just start a new game but save to a new file

Yes, XL2 has a new game+. Just start a new game and I think it'll ask you if you want to use your characters from your previous playthrough or start totally new.

Sweet. The characters are at the beginning levels right? No starting with my level 50 Rogue?

I remember my guys being at their high levels. You can play the game on hard now though.

i just gotthegame on wendesday, pretty good so far. im in the 11 hour of the game at the madri temple. can anyone tell me which chracters are better? i tried using gambit but he sucks balls alot forge too. im thinking about using sarlett witch but her abilities seem shnitty and useless. so far ive gotten great performance from cyclops,sunfire,wolverine and storm. i really dont like nightcrawler they chnaged gim too much from XML, especially with his abilities.

Scarlet Witch's power are what winned the game for me. Nightcrawler is almost needed for the lastlevel. Rogue is good too.

Wolverine, Rogue, Gambit, Magneto, Cyclops, and Nightcrawler all worked well for me. Any combination of those guys. I also had Deadpool as well who is one of my favorites.

another question guys, how long does it take take unlock the first character? im 16 abd half hours into the game and i still havent unlocked a character, why?

In XL2? You unlock Deadpool at the end of the game, after you kill him. You get Iron Man if you get all four beacons in everylevel. You get Xavier after you get all the Danger Room disks and defeat them.

Yeah, I guess they figured the last one was too easy.

Also Collossus and Juggernaut are awesome in this game by the way. Have them team up with Rogue and they literally mow down herds of people. I mean get ready to see s**t fly.

Deadpool at the end of the game/Iron Man after all the beacns are collected in all the levels/Xavier is at the end of the game after you beat all Danger Room...so yeah. Pretty Much, and even then, you have to do stuff.

haha ,i actually want to achieve the unlockbales myself, but i have cheated before ah well. the homing beacons andall that stuff are hard to find when they hide inplaces you never look.

I've tried using cheats to unlock Professor X (I got Iron Man and Deadpool fairly), but none that I've found for PC actually work.
