Sequels X-Men: New Hope

I realize how much I've pushed this last update around, guys. I just want this to be the show stopping conclusion I know it can be and right now what I have I don't feel comfortable with, but I ensure you this thing will be completed and sequels will come.

I read it and I must say... I'm a little dissapointed. I loved the early escenes, the starting of the "movie" but it sort of fell apart for me when Emma took Scott to the X-Men... and then Magneto betraying Sinister... and Scott taking command of the X-Men when he has never even shown an inkling of leadership potential in the movies... After that I didn't like the story anymore and just read very haphazardly... ir didn't do for me... sorry

What I did did did did did did hate a lot is the "Nathan Turnright" fake name... it sound so bad... Sinister's fake name in 616 is Nathan Milbury, which sounds much better

Alright. I know this is a bad day to tell you guys this....

But recent developments have lead me to become disillusioned with the films that New Hope follows.

Do not fret however, I am currently working on a X-Men movie ''franchise" of my own. It'll be a while before it makes it to the boards, but I do think you will all enjoy it.

I.E. rewatching the movies and becoming more angered at the stupidity of some of the things they've done.

Don't expect a straight forward 616 or Ultimate adaptation for my ''franchise" either. I do take some liberties but I think they are all justified so far and work.

New Hope will not be completed. All future X-Men movie verse stuff will be a restart from me.

I've put some thought into it. I'm not gonna make any promises that it'll be finished, but I have put some thought into it. I'd probably change the ending, cause the original ending was cliffhangery.

I liked the story but you lost me a bit with the brother, I had a similar idea with it being a twin brother but rather than have magneto be the one force his mind out I planned it out to be charles that did it by accident when he was first gaining his powers.

No offense, but I really hate they way you write Gambit. It's too over the top and you don't really tap into the character's personality.

That happens to me a lot too when I try to write something. I always end up getting either bored or distracted and never finish what I was working on.

Well, judging by your depiction of him, it's easy to see why you don't like him. If that were how the character really was, I'd probably hate him too.

I can sympathize with the not liking of gambits character, I wrote a fanfic not long after x3 came out and I had him in it but didn't use him alot, used his character some in new orleans and a little at the school but I am not real fond of the character either, the thing that would have gotten me the most complaints was the way I used quicksilver and scarlet witchs mother, had her leading a faction of the brotherhood that had separated from magnetos group, and mystique tried hooking up with them, and their mother is who rogue got her abilities for flight and strength from, had mystique trick rogue into stealing her abilities so she could take over the brotherhood in the mothers disguise. Thats where gambit came into play in mine also he started out working for that group of the brotherhood.
