Sinister slowly gets up. His wound heals up and he laughs.
Sinister: “I see you have other tricks up your sleeves.”
Magneto: “Did you really think controlling metal was my only power? I expected more from a man of your intelligence.”
Sinister: “I learn fast.”
Sinister shots another energy blasts at Magneto. But Magneto creates a magnetic field around him and the attack is blocked.
Magneto: “Not fast enough.”
Cuts back to Apocalypse surrounded by both teams.
Beast: “It’s over Apocalypse, your cruel ways end here.”
Apocalypse: “I will not be undone by you inferior beings.”
Apocalypse forms his right had into a huge hammer and swings at the X-men.
Cyclops: “Get out the way!”
The X-men spread out from the attack. Pyro sends a fire attack at Apocalypse, but has no effect. Gambit takes out 5 cards and fires them at Apocalypse. Storm helps by creating an electric shockwave. But Apocalypse blocks both attacks with his left hand. Bobby sends an ice beam to the ground where Apocalypse is on. Apocalypse trips over a little. Scarlet Witch creates a hex storm that knocks Apocalypse back a little. Quicksilver runs up to Apocalypse and sends quick punches to his chest. Beast rolls up to a ball and roll into Apocalypse knocking him back the other way. Colossus and Juggernuat double punch Apocalypse falls to the ground.
Apocalypse: “You mutants never learn do you.”
Bobby: “I think we’re getting better, don’t you.”
Apocalypse: “Hahahaha…you mutants are so blind. Do you even know what’s happening at this very moment?”
Wolverine: “What the hell are you talking about?”
Apocalypse: “Did you think those were all the infinites I had left in my army. As we speak, thousands after thousands of my infinites are destroying every nation in this world. All life itself, and there’s nothing that anyone of you mutants can do to stop it.
Cyclops: “I don’t believe it!”
Apocalypse: “Ohh, I’m not! Either you stop me, or you can stop the infinites…and let’s me logical, you can’t stop us both.”
Jean: “Scott, his right. I feel it, millions of innocent people are scared and crying out.”
Beast: “This is most overwhelming.”
Cuts to New York City, everything is in chaos. People continue to run in terror. The infinites are winning and nothing can stop them. Then a spike hits an infinite in the head and it falls to the ground. Marrow appears from an alley, the infinites begin to surround her.
Marrow: “Bad move on your part.”
Marrow creates more spikes from her body and throws them at an infinite one by one.
Marrow: “Morlocks…Attack!”
Morlocks jumps out of the sewers and enter the streets from the alleys. The Morlocks attack the infinites full force. Then Jubilee, Magma, and Siren as well of the rest of the students appear.
Jubilee: “Let’s get um guys!”
Jubilee and the rest charge at the infinites. Cuts to Scotland, where the infinites attack a village. Banshee appears with a group of mutants.
Banshee: “Let’s take them down, lads!”
Banshee flies forward and screams a sonic blast toward the infinites that knock them back. In Japan, a mutant flies through the air and orders his group of mutants to attack. The mutant is Sunfire. Sunfire creates a large fire blasts that puts all the infinites on fire. Silver Samurai joins him rips through infinites with his sword. In Los Angeles, Polaris uses metal poles and blades to rip throw infinites. The a mutant joins her and shoots plasma beams from his hands that destroys a infinite. The mutant is Havok.
Havok: “If only Scott were here to see me do this.”
Cuts to Texas, where Thunderbird jumps down on a group of infinites. Longshot leaps into the air, knocks down infinites. Cannonball flies through the air and smashes through infinites as he hits the ground. In Russia, Mikhail Rasputin protects his sister as he shoots energy blasts at infinites that surround them. All over the world mutants are fighting infinites and helping humans get to safety. In Washington, the President runs for safety with Secret service protecting him from the infinites. But then the infinites crowd them and knock out the secret service members. The President lay on the ground helpless.
President: “Please…Don’t!”
Then a mutant comes to the President’s aid and knocks the infinites away and into a portal made by another mutant. This mutants is Husk and Blink.
Blink: “Come on Mr. President, we need to get you out of here.”
Husk: “The coast is clear.”
They help the President up and bring him to safety. Back in New York City, Wolfsbane turns into a wolf and jumps down on an infinite. Jubilee shots fireworks out of her hands destroying 3 infinites. Magma shoots lava at infinites, causing them to explode. Siryn screams and destroy 2 infinites. Sebastian Shaw and Emma Frost battle infinites on the streets near their home. An 4 infinites attack her, but she defends them off with her diamond form. Then she hits 2 infinites with psi bolts and beat down on the others. Sebastian Shaw fights one infinite and then throws him into the other infinites that try to attack.
Emma Frost: “Enjoying this I see?”
Sebastian Shaw: “Aren’t you? I’ve needed a work out for ages!”
Cuts back to Magneto and Sinister fighting. Sinister creates a force field around Magneto, and then sends him flying through a ruin. Magneto tries to get up, but Sinister shoots another energy blast that knocks him down.
Sinister: “Tired so soon? I expect better from the Master of Magnetism.”
Magneto: “This is far from over Sinister, not even close.”
Sinister: “Then stand…old man.”
Magneto stands up.
Magneto: “Old man? Hah, your one to talk.”
Sinister: “Shall we continue?”
Magneto: “Whenever you’re ready?”
Sinister shoots an energy blast which Magneto stops with his magnetic field. Sinister shoots more, as Magneto just walks forward with his magnetic field protecting him. Sinister continues to shoot his energy blasts but have no effect on Magneto. Magneto then gets close to Sinister and holds his hands down. Sinister struggles to move.
Magneto: “You know what makes you sick, Sinister, is that what you value your intelligence more than any human, any mutant, and most importantly yourself. Let’s see what happens when you don’t have it.”
Magneto puts his hands on Sinister’s head. Sinister screams in pain, then Magneto rips Sinister’s brain from out of his body. Sinister falls to the ground dead. Magneto holds Sinister’s brain in his hands and then surrounds it with magnetic force field.
Magneto: “Never again will your psychotic mind plague humanity and mutant kind ever again.”
Magneto crushes his brain with the magnetic force field until there is nothing left of it. Magneto then rushes inside the pyramid. Inside, Apocalypse knocks Mystique out, as well as Wolverine who tries to attack.
Apocalypse: “Hahhaha, why do you continue to fight me while your world ceases to exist?”
Cyclops: “Because if we stop you, then we stop your army.”
Apocalypse: “You pests!”
Apocalypse then grows until his head reaches the top of the room. The X-men and Brotherhood stand back in terror.
Apocalypse: “Nothing can stop me! Haven’t you learned anything!?”
Apocalypse forms his left hand into a giant fist that his slams toward Cyclops.
Jean: “Scott!”
Without thinking Jean pushes Scott out of the way, slams Jean with his fist. All the X-men react in shock.
Storm: “Oh My God!”
Wolverine: “Jean…YOU BASTARD!”
Nightcrawler: “Dear God!”
Cyclops: “Jean…JEAN! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!”
Apocalypse laughs at the sight of his killing an X-man.Then we cut to Jean’s mind, Jean is laying on the ground. She gets up slowly, then a bright light opens up and a red and orange being comes forward. It looks like Jean but, it’s Phoenix.
Phoenix: “I’ve been waiting for this encounter, Jean Grey.”
Jean: “Phoenix…what is this? Am I dead?”
Phoenix: “Not yet, not if we don’t hurry.”
Jean: “What do you mean?”
Phoenix: “If we are to help the X-men and Brotherhood succeed in stopping Apocalypse.”
Jean: “You want to help the X-men, you want to save lives? Why now?”
Phoenix: “Because I have come to realize that there is no freedom without happiness and joy. I have envied you for many years Jean, because of the love and affections the your loved ones had for you. I fought so hard to be free for so long, growing angry and full of frustration. But when your mind was tampered with by Magneto’s machine, it set me free.”
Jean: “His machine set you free?”
Phoenix: “Yes, it did and when I was freed, my hatred for the X-men and Xavier began. Soon your mind was trapped and I was finally in control. And when I killed, I killed to ruin the love and affection that all your loved ones had for you.”
Jean: “Well, in that case, you failed, because they still love me and you they despise.”
Phoenix: “I know, and that’s why I want to help.”
Jean: “But you just said…”
Phoenix: “I have failed in turning the ones you love against you, but there is one thing I never thought of succeeding in.”
Jean: “What that’s?”
Phoenix: “In peace, and as we speak, mutants around the world are fighting for the human race and that feeling has overwhelmed me. Don’t you feel it?”
Jean: “Yes I do.”
Phoenix: “Now I realize, if mutants who have been beaten and abused and outcast for so years be able to open their hearts and fight for a world that doesn’t even want them. Then my god, I can do the same.”
Jean: “My fears.”
Phoenix: “What?”
Jean: “That's what made you, that's why I kept you locked in my mind, my fears and doubts created you, it made you into Dark Phoenix, out of control and inhuman. My mom uses to read me stories about the Phoenix, the bird that always rose from the ashes. I created you for protection, as part of my mind that would always protect me, and I called you Phoenix.”
Phoenix: “And when the Professor blocked me away.”
Jean: “You became jealous because I had others to protect me, to love me. You became what I feared most about my powers…a monster.”
Phoenix: “Now you understand.”
Jean: “Yes, I thinks it’s time you be my protector again.”
Phoenix: “Yes, it is.”
Phoenix glows and bursts into flames that go inside Jean. Cuts to Apocalypse who still has his hammer on the ground, when suddenly fire burst from under his hand. He removes his hand from the pain.
Apocalypse: “Ahhhhh!”
Suddenly, everyone blocks their eyes from the bright burning flames from in front of them.
Kitty: “What is it?”
Gambit: “I don’t know?”
Jean arises from the ground. Flames cover each part of her body, Jean’s eyes glow with fire in them. She is no longer wearing her uniform, but a beautiful green and yellow suit with a bird symbol on it.
Cyclops: “It’s Jean!”
Wolverine: “It’s Phoenix?”
Jean/ Phoenix: “Your both right actually.”
Apocalypse: “What trickery is this!?”
Jean/Phoenix: “Apocalypse, your plans of annihilation on this world will not come to past, not as long as I’m here.”
Apocalypse: “Who are you to question my authority, mutant?”
Jean/Phoenix: “Who are you to in danger the lives of the millions of innocent humans, not to mention the people who you have built a race out of.”
Apocalypse: “I have no business explaining myself to likes of you, insect! Now answer me…what gives you the right to question me!?”
Jean/Phoenix: “I am the living flame, the salvation of humans and mutants alike, I am the savior who will bring peace and love to all who cry for it. I am the guardian of Jean Grey, as well as the X-men and The Brotherhood. I am PHOENIX!”
Jean/Phoenix rises from the ground into the air. Her flames intensify until they create a large and amazing firebird that cries out from above her. The X-men and Brotherhood stand back in awe. Magneto finally reaches the X-m and Brotherhood.
Beast: “Fascinating.”

Magneto finally reaches the X-men and Brotherhood. He goes by Scarlet Witch.
Scarlet Witch: “Are you alright?”
Magneto: “Just fine…what’s this?”
Scarlet Witch: “I think our prayers have just been answered.”
Jean/Phoenix flies toward Apocalypse.
Apocalypse: “I will crush you!”
Jean/ Phoenix: “Even your mightiest of fists can’t face the eternal flame of the human spirit!”
Jean/Phoenix creates a flame blast that circles around Apocalypse’s body and holds him into place.
Apocalypse: “No, this can’t be.”
Jean/Phoenix: “Everyone attack now, I have him in place.”
Cyclops shoots a huge optic blast, Storm creates a combined attack of ice, lightning, and wind, Gambit throws as many cards as he can, Bobby shoots a large ice beam, Scarlet Witch conjures a hex storm that shoots from her hands, Pyro creates an inferno of fire and sends it at Apocalypse. Dominic creates an earthquake attack around Apocalypse. Magneto creates a force field that holds everyone’s attack as they hit Apocalypse. Apocalypse screams in pain.
Apocalypse: “NOOO…I will never be DEFEATED!”
Jean/Phoenix: “Never Again!”
Jean/Phoenix then shoots a flame blast that destroys the vortex. But the destruction of the machine causes a massive explosion that destroys the pyramid, while the X-men and Brotherhood are still inside. Then we see all around the world, every infinite begins to self-destruct. All the mutants and humans cheer at the sight of victory. The next morning, the X-men and Brotherhood rising from the sand.
Pyro: “Are we dead?”
Kitty: “Can you feel this?”
Kitty pinches Pyro and he yells.
Pyro: “Awhhh!”
Kitty: “Then we’re not dead.”
Gambit: “It looks like we won.”
Peter: “God, I think his right.”
Everyone cheers and hugs each other.
Cyclops: “Wait…where’s Jean?
Cyclops hears a noise and runs over a dune to see Jean/Phoenix in front of Apocalypse who is now trapped in a stone form. He runs to her.
Cyclops: “Jean…are you?”
Jean/Phoenix: “I wasn’t able to destroy him, only keep him dormant in this form.”
Cyclops: “So is it over?”
Jean/Phoenix: “No, I must do one more thing…I have to contain him in the deepest region of the earth, I'm not sure if that will stop him from rising again, but he won’t be a threat for centuries to come.”
Jean/Phoenix surrounds herself with flames and creates a large gap in the ground. She moves Apocalypse down the hole into the ground until he reaches a lava pit and sinks into it. Jean/Phoenix closes the gap and faints in Scott’s arms.
Cyclops: “Jean?”
Jean: “I’m here.”
Cyclops: “How did you? How is it possible?”
Jean: “The Professor told me the key to Phoenix was uncovering the mystery behind it and when I did, Phoenix and I became one like we should have been all along.”
Cyclops: “Well…whatever you did, you did it, and you saved us all.”
Jean: “No, we all did it…together.”
Cyclops hugs Jean, then Magneto interrupts them.
Magneto: “Scott, my boy, it’s been a pleasure working with you all.”
Cyclops: “It’s been more than a pleasure.”
Cuts to months later, where the X-mansion is almost done getting rebuilt. Inside we see Cyclops and Jean at an altar with a Priest talking in front of them. The X-men, some Brotherhood members, and other mutants are watching Scott and Jean get married. Scott puts on her ring, and Jean puts on his.
Priest: “I now pronounce, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Summers.”
Cyclops and Jean kiss passionately and everyone cheers.
Jean: “We did it.”
Cyclops: “Yes, we did.”
Cuts to the reception, Juggernaut is hitting on other mutant girls. Dominic dances with the kids. Magneto and his kids talk on the side. Nightcrawler bonds with Mystique. Peter and Kitty dance, Rogue and Gambit dance.
Wolverine: “Mind if I have this dance?”
Storm: “That depends if you can move just as good as you move those claws.”
Wolverine: “Fine!…forget it.”
Storm: “Logan.”
Wolverine: “What?”
Storm: “I would love, too.”
Storm smiles at Wolverine as he grins back. Storm grabs him by the hand and they both head for the dance floor. Jean and Cyclops dance in the center. Beast comes by.
Beast: “Congratulations my friends.”
Cyclops: “Hank, where have you been?”
Jean: “You missed the ceremony.”
Beast: “Sorry, but I was getting an old friend.”
They turn to see Moira pushing The Professor in a wheel chair toward them.
Jean: “Welcome home, Professor, welcome home.”
Jean hugs the Professor.
Professor Xavier: “It took me a while to get over Moira’s hospitality, but I wouldn’t miss this day for the world.”
Cyclops: “Well, this homecoming was long over do.”
Then all the X-men come to greet him.
Bobby: “Professor.”
Rogue: “We’re so happy to see you.”
Professor Xavier: “It’s good to see all of you too.”
Magneto: “Well Charles, it took you long enough to return.”
Professor Xavier: “Well what did you expect; I’m still a cripple in this body you know.”
Everyone laughs as we cuts to the President talking on the news on the TV in a nearby room.
President: “It has been months since the terrorist invasion by an army of machines that nearly took this world by storm. But miraculously, thanks to the efforts of the mutant race, we are still standing. What could have been a worldwide slaughter, turned into only a few hundred loses, thanks to the efforts of all mutants. This significant event has caused me to believe that mutants are not and have never been our enemy, but our misinterpretation of what the human race can be capable of in the future. No longer will be run from a mutant, no longer will be divide our mutant and human students, no longer will we fight against them, no longer will they be forced to hide. Mutants aren’t our superior or underneath us, they are our equals, now and forever.”
Cuts to Egypt, underneath the sand, where we see deep in the earth Apocalypse in a lava pit sinking in deeper and deeper. As we rise to the surface, 100 years pass. Suddenly, a large hand breaks through the ground, then Apocalypse breaks through the ground and climbs to the surface.
Apocalypse: “I told those mutants that nothing can stop me! I’m free!”
“Um, excuse me.”
Apocalypse turns around and is shocked to see an army of mutants behind him. They're all wearing X-uniforms and surround Apocalypse.
Cable: “Stop right there Apocalypse, your going right back where you came from.”
Bishop: “You see we’ve been waiting for you to return for quit some time.”
Apocalypse: “Who are all of you?”
Cable: “We’re the X-men, Apocalypse, bigger, badder, and stronger than ever.”
Bishop and Cable point their futuristic guns at Apocalypse.
Bishop: “Welcome to the future.”
They shoot!

Jean/Phoenix flies toward Apocalypse.
Apocalypse: “I will crush you!”
Jean/ Phoenix: “Even your mightiest of fists can’t face the eternal flame of the human spirit!”
Jean/Phoenix creates a flame blast that circles around Apocalypse’s body and holds him into place.
Apocalypse: “No, this can’t be.”
Jean/Phoenix: “Everyone attack now, I have him in place.”
Cyclops shoots a huge optic blast, Storm creates a combined attack of ice, lightning, and wind, Gambit throws as many cards as he can, Bobby shoots a large ice beam, Scarlet Witch conjures a hex storm that shoots from her hands, Pyro creates an inferno of fire and sends it at Apocalypse. Dominic creates an earthquake attack around Apocalypse. Magneto creates a force field that holds everyone’s attack as they hit Apocalypse. Apocalypse screams in pain.
Apocalypse: “NOOO…I will never be DEFEATED!”
Jean/Phoenix: “Never Again!”
Jean/Phoenix then shoots a flame blast that destroys the vortex. But the destruction of the machine causes a massive explosion that destroys the pyramid, while the X-men and Brotherhood are still inside. Then we see all around the world, every infinite begins to self-destruct. All the mutants and humans cheer at the sight of victory. The next morning, the X-men and Brotherhood rising from the sand.
Pyro: “Are we dead?”
Kitty: “Can you feel this?”
Kitty pinches Pyro and he yells.
Pyro: “Awhhh!”
Kitty: “Then we’re not dead.”
Gambit: “It looks like we won.”
Peter: “God, I think his right.”
Everyone cheers and hugs each other.
Cyclops: “Wait…where’s Jean?
Cyclops hears a noise and runs over a dune to see Jean/Phoenix in front of Apocalypse who is now trapped in a stone form. He runs to her.
Cyclops: “Jean…are you?”
Jean/Phoenix: “I wasn’t able to destroy him, only keep him dormant in this form.”
Cyclops: “So is it over?”

Okay, The fan fic will take place after X3, it will be like a lost movie!! It will envolve all the Marvel characters that have made it to the big screen, which means no Ironman, no Thor, not even Ghostrider, lol. The Roster will be:
