X-Men: The Last Stand on DVD October 3

boy, the X-mania just started in Brazil. Today i went to a kind of a Brazilian version of Walmart (lojas Americanas) and there were tons of advertising, lots of TVs showing the movie, and crowds in front of those Tvs watching it. I asked for some souvenirs like boxes and posters, but they didn't give me :( I wish I had taken my camera to get pics of the huge euforia about the dvd release...

Maybe you could take some pics of the displays and stuff next time, I´d like to see it...the Lojas Americanas where I live is small and doesn´t have all the things they put on larger stores. :csad:
I´ve already ordered mine from Submarino, with the t-shirt! :woot:

Yeah get some pics flavio.
Heres a strange dvd promotion (pic taken on Nov 11) in Rome, Italy. Looks like they spray painted the logo on the ground.

"Boys, there's more to life than X-Men 3!" "Willya clam up? We's tryin' ta watch a movie here!"
Awww, look at the little Malaysian kids, showing their X3 love...cute! :meow: And they´re really little kids, but I bet the same scene is repeating itself everywhere around the globe...kids will be kids, even if they´re not allowed into the cinema, they love watching stuff like X-Men! :woot:

I'll try tomorrow. (but i guess it won't be the same, since today is holiday)
The Americanas I went had 2 tvs showing the movie right at the entrance, with lots of dvds next to the tvs. And then on the dvd/cd section, more two tvs. Lots of people were simply there, watching the movie for a long time. I just watched the angel break scene, and in another TV, Cyke's death (one guy and his girlfriend got astonished by it. I don't think he had watched the movie, even though he seemed to be a fan) and then bought what I went there to buy (a cd-r). At the exit, I asked the girl for one of the boxes with the characters, one of the posters, or the huge banner, but she said they were just put there yesterday, so it would be impossible...

I wanted the Storm and Jean one too, but didn´t have the chance to buy them...

There are some re-releases of BK figures from the 1st movie. I have the Magneto on the Mutant Making Machine and Xavier on Cerebro, but the colors are different.

Despite Jean's whole Linda Blair thing on that poster, I still love it. And I WANT that Wolvie statue!! :wow:

My friend said that Brazil has this one, but it's different. Is a box with the single-disc editions of all those films, plus a DVD edition of GENERATION X, the TV movie.

Brazil has a lot of sets with TLS. Single disc, two disc, Trilogy box, special edition in a metaled can pack (don't know which movies it contain, since I only saw X-men Special Edition), two movies pack, X-men + Daredevil, X-men + Fantastic Four...
