Sequels X4 ideas

Maybe for x4 but perhaps for x5 or x6 or whatever. IF they kill cyclops they should have sinister introduced, sinister causes some crazy anarchy and the x-men go to fight him. The x-men though are defeated by sinister`s mutant team one of which is havok and the other is cyclops (well a clone/ or the original and the other one was the... well you get the idea. don`t need spidey crossover headaches here). Obviously he would turn on sinister eventually. I think if that was done they could then have a version of cyclops who is quite close to the aoa version. More violent, reckless. It would help because people would be ablke to twig onto the clone origin quicker if he had the stubble and hair of the aoa cyclops.

All of this would also means cyclops would now be a grunge rock, violent cool guy who beats the crap out of people and does john woo-type motorbike fights.

So cyclops would be as popular as wolvie and so the screentime and story balance would finallly be split mostly 3 way like it should (cyke-wolvie-storm). Its the only way cyke is gonna get s good role in the x-films if the trend continues.

How about "the Traitor" - it would make cause to use Gamit, it would tie in the use of the President and the mutant registration act & the the use of Setinials? Bring in somemore of Wolvie past to bring the intro of his solo flick, bring in "the cure" and the death of Colossus. And if there is any luck, we will see hints of Mr.Sinister and Apoc@ the end of X3. Reason: it would show a few other enemies and there perception of the mutant phenom. Unlike Magneto's solutions, some would like to domainant the mutant gene, and not destroy the mutant race. I have a great feeling that there will be a fourth and possibly a fifth. Just because any one who studies media and design (consumerism - consumpion), understands that things look better in odd numbers. Examples - LOTR, NARINA, SW Series, INDIANA JONES TRIO, JAWS, JAMES BOND, THREE STOOGES, THREE LITTLE PIGS and on and on...

plot: It's been a year and a half since the events of X3 and life for the X-men (Wolverine, Storm, Beast, Angel, Iceman, Rogue, Kitty & Colossus) has returned to as much of normal as is possible. Alex Summers aka Havok has arrived to lend a hand with the school and mourn over recent events (supposed death of Cyke).
The Government, who's has been in recent and constant contact with the X-men, still don't trust the X-men's agenda or motives despite stopping Magento recently. The governement sends a mutant agent to act as a liason between the government and the X-men, Betsy Braddock.
The X-men's peace is shattered when X-men learn of the kidnapping of a mutant by the name of Forge from the Mutant Research Center on Muir Island by the Marauders. The X-men eventually get involved with this kidnapping which is connected to a dark plot which could possibly mean the end of humankind and a dark future mutantkind.

X4 through X6 would be action packed and drama-filled. We would see the introduction of Mr. Sinister and the Marauders (Scalphunter, Vertigo, Blockbuster, Arclight, Harpoon & Gambit-possessed by Malice); a huge no-holds barred fight between the X-men and the Marauders; the unexplained dissapearrance of Rogue; a mentally-freed Gambit joining the X-men to stop Sinister; Sininster revealed to merely be a pawn; the introduction of Apocalyspe and his master plan; the revelation that Cyclops is alive and Rogue's whereabouts; Angel and Storm apprehended by Sinister; huge epic battles; the Four Horsemen revealed to be super-powered X-men, thanks to Forge's machine, Storm now Famine, Rogue now Pestilence, Angel now Death (Archangel) and Cyclops now War.

Here is my idea (sorry its long):
I would like the movie to begin with Trask becoming president and he claims he will solve the mutant problem. Then Trask immediatly passes the mutant registration act. Soon he wants every mutant arrested and supports the use of the newly created Sentinels but the government will not allow that unless something extreme happens. Also Sinister is the vice president but nobody knows that Sinister is a mutant and he goes by the name Nathaniel Essex. The brotherhood was not pleased with the president's desiscion to pass the mutant registration act and they decide to kill the president. The brotherhood no longer has Magneto as their leader, because I believe he dies, but now Callisto is their leader. The other brotherhood members consists of Juggernaut, Stacey X, Pyro, and the new members Avalanche and Scarlet Witch. The X-Men here about the brotherhood's planned attack and plan to stop them. The X-Men now consist of Wolvie, Storm, Beast, Collossus, Shadowcat, Jubilee, Iceman, and Rogue. They fight against the brotherhood well but they lose. Shadowcat dies. The brotherhood then go through security and attack the whithouse. Stacy X is shot by security twice and she dies. Soon the brotherhood kill all of security and enter the President's office consisting of the president and his number-one man Sinister. Little does the brotherhood know that Sinister is an extremely powerful muatant and Sinister (now in his mutant form) destroys the whole brother hood with ease. Sinister looks back at the terrified and stunned president and decides to kill him because he was a witness and he knows that Sinister is a mutant. The government decides to place every mutant in the country under arrest and release the Sentinels to capture the mutants. Also Sinister takes the place for president until Trask's term is up. He suggests that the Sentinels take the captured mutants to Genosha. Sinister wants this because his master Apocolypse lives deep underground in Genosha. Sinister is seen talking to Apoclypses hologram a few times throughout the movie but Apocolypses face is never shown well. So then a few Sentinels attack Xavier Mansion. They capture and kill many X-kids. Apocolypse tells Sinister to take his Marauder army (consists of many mutants including Blob and Sabretooth) and slaughter the Morlocks. The leader of the brotherhood, Callisto, was a Morlock so they were responsible for the death of the president. The only reason he cares about this is because he soley wanted to destroy Trask and he believes that the MOrlocks are not strong enough mutants to live. Also he told Sinister that only a mutant thief named Gambit knows the exact whereabouts of the Morlocks. So Sinister hires Gambit to lead the Marauders to kill off the morlocks and he tells the government about the molocks and they decide to send Sentinels to kill them off. So Gambit leads the marauders into the sewers of New York to slay the morlocks. The Sentinels soon join in along with their new general, Bastion. The X-Men come to the rescue to late and most of the morlocks were already dead. Angel's wings are destroyed in the battle. Jubilee and Iceman are captured by Sentinels. Angel is taken to Apocolypse. Angel soon tells Apocolypse that he will do anything to get his wings back. Apocolypse (face still not shown) puts metal wings on Angel and tells Angel that he must serve him. Angel agrees although now his wings are metal and his skin dark blue. Gambit soon comes to the X-Men and tells them that he wants to join the team. Soon Rogue gets very attracted to him. They do not know about his past. General Bastion decides that all mutnts should be killed and leads an army of of humans and Sentinels to Genosha to kill the mutants. Apocolypse and Sinister secretly tell the Seninels guarding Genosha that they no longer should no longer kill mutants but humans instead. The X-Men decide that they should go to Genosha to free the mutants and fight the ones responsible for the mutant massacre. Gambit tells them that it is Sinister and his master Apocolypse. They go to Genosha and find a huge battle between Genosha Sentinels and mutants VS. The human army and Sentinels. Some mutant cameos here of Psyloche and Banshee. The X-Men sneak past the battle but one Sentinel spots them and the X-Men fight and destroy the Sentinel with the help of another mutant who had spotted them named Bishop. Bishop tells them the whereabouts of the X-Kids and Iceman and Jubilee that they are looking for and lead them there. They are held in an Egyptian looking cell. Little did Bishop or the X-Men know that this was a trap set up by Apocolypse. Apocolypse, Sinister,Archangel, and the Marauders enter the cell where the X-Men are trapped. Sinister told Gambit that he did well to lead the X-men into a trap and a fight begins. Archangel turns against Apocolypse and fights with the X-Men. Somehow the X-Men win.

fairly good story, man.
Rather lengthy, though... It'll be hard to put it into one two-hour movie.

My Idea is 'quite' simple: After X3 the first war between mutant and human is over. X4 marks the beginning of The Mutant Civil War.

The movie starts off with a monologue of Sinister about evolution and genetic science and we continue with Nathaniel Essex sipping on his coffee in Cairo. He observes the battle between two telepaths: Xavier and Amahl Farouk (the Shadowking). Farouk loses the battle of minds and falls with his head down on the table, dead. Essex sees Xavier leaving with his best friend: Erik Lensherr. At the end of the scene is a small cameo for a little white-haired thiefgirl.

We return to the present: Rogue (manipulated by Sinister) leaves the X-men, feelng useless and all... Seeking for a new refuge she ends up with the morlocks. A few minutes later in the movie, the mutant massacre begins. Rogue calls for the X-men to help, but ends up being kidnapped by Gambit (while he actually had to kill her, he decides to abduct her instead). The X-men come only to find a the result of a bloodbath...

Storm, as the new leader, feels responsible. She couldn't stop the massacre and she couldn't stop Rogue leaving. We have some conversations between Storm and Wolverine..

Rogue gets to learn Gambit and the Marauders, including Sabretooth, Toad and others.

I somewhere want to put Genosha in... but I haven't figured that one out yet...

Since the death of Jean Grey AKA Phoenix, the Mansion Grounds have been unstable. The X-Men with the help of Emma Frost and her powers discover that the reason for the inestability is comming from Jeans grave, they decide to unearth her body. Her body is still intact. Beast runs tests on her body.

At this point Rogue (Marie) believes that since she is no longer a mutant there is no reason for her to stay in the mansion, but before she leaves she decides to pay Jean her last respects. As Rogue touches Jeans face she notices her skin changing color and she leaves.

Rogue having no place to go, goes from city to city ending up in New Orleans. At that moment, the government decides that since the last battle was so huge they must jail all mutants. Soldiers start capturing and jailing every mutant they discover, and beging working in the new Sentinel program to make capturing or destroying mutants easier. The soldiers use sensors that somehow discover the mutants. Rogue is about to be captured eventhough she insist she is not a mutant and that she was cured. As they get closer Gambit comes to her rescue As gambit begins to lose his battle she joins the fight and discovers she is much stronger than before, and that touching Jeans body may have given her the strenght she now posseses.

Another mutant by the name of Alex (Havok) joins the fight as well. and the mutants win that fight. Rogue discovers Alex is Cyclop's brother, and informs him of Cyclop's fate. Havok asks Rogue to take him to the mansion so he can see it with his own eyes.

Havok blames humans for his brothers death and starts gathering the mutants from the brotherhood so they can wage war on the humans.

Jean rises from the ashes (the Phoenix) but she does so as Jean Grey and starts remembering what happened with Scott. She did NOT kill him but he was severely injured. He was taken care of by "Healer" of the Molrocks. Once healed of his wounds Cyclops requests that he be taken to the Mansion, which the Morlocks see as an insult because they healed him and want him to stay, but Healer takes him anyway.

The Morlocks join Havok, Sabretooth re appears, along with Apocalypse, Pyro, Blob, Juggernaut. Mystique finds that the "cure" was only temporary and becomes her old self again. She joins and takes the leadership role from Havoc. Magneto then comes back and as the brotherhood unites behind him, so does a reluctant Mystique.

The problem with most of the castings on this topic is that, CYCLOPS AND JEAN ARE DEAD. Now if your want to make that work , you must introduce Bishop, and if you do that, you might as well introduce Apocalypse.
