in the last phoenix episode she didnt die but she left the world for ever to take care of the crystal. but yes afew episodes later they brought her back and yes they got the phoenix out of her. it was wolverine that calm her down to get her to chill out. after that no more phoenix or dark.

We are going by the membership rosters of both teams in the cartoon series that they are a part of. Those are the rules you yourself have put down and Magneto never joined the team.

again he helped them out many times. and yes in the last series during the opening credits hes on there. im not saying hes a full member or none of that. im just saying hes on the team as well with this fight. cause protected the xmen more times than fought them.

There was never a JLA cartoon. The producers never put in "of America" in both the title and the team name.
