Arguably, the most controversial move/strategy in the NBA right now...

It's pretty unfair and annoying to which ever team has Shaq...But, is the game plan for some teams (namely the Spurs) when the clock is winding down, and sometimes throughout the game a la the Spurs.

Any thoughts on the running gag of which is to bring one of the most prolific free throw shooters in the NBA to the line to shoot two...
