Actually, Flint won. The court reversed the ruling of the Fourth Circuit. The Fourth Circuit found in favor of Falwell.

But he won on the supreme court. It was the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals that reversed it.
And to be honest, it´s one big joke for Flint to have won.
The moment there is a law that states that no one is save from being ridiculized by anyone because there is freedom to say any crapo he wants about another, the system is fu**ed up.
It´s the law of the jungle, it´s every man for himself.

I´m not american and i think the first amendment is a great part of your constitution, but the moment it is taken so literally, it becames no more than a stupid joke.

But, then again, why do i care, i´m not called Jade Raymon or work for Ubisoft?!
