Women seek the maturity,life experiance and intelligance of older men.Someone they can learn from and who are able to hold a conversation,women are attracted to that.

^That's it. But let us not forget though that there ARE women out there who dates older men for $$$. The point is, let us not generalize and think that the only motive that a young woman has to date older men is money and nothing else.
