I also liked when Mr. Ditkovich was asking Peter for his rent & he just screamed at "You'll get your rent when you fix this damn door!!" I smiled at that for some reason.
I loved this line... " It's Brock sir, Edward Brock Jr. and I work at the Daily Bugle... and I'm dating your daughter."
& "Her lips, her kisses... they were just how I remembered them... strawberry flavored." When Harry said that to Pete, I was like ...."You bastard."

When Bernerd just starts talking about he loved Harry's father the same as he loved him, quite a few immature giggles emitted from my audience.

Loved a lot of Venom's, and some of black suit's Spideys were kinda cringingly bad. (Every line in the apartment scene, "Now Dig on This" and "I'm gonna put some dirt in your eye".)

But my favourite... hmm, I dunno... I didn't like "Humiliation" because I was thinking "HUH? Humiliation? You want him DEAD! What are ya gonna do, take off all his clothes and drop him in his college?" Also didn't like "I'd give my life for them..." because it was so set up and cheesy and didn't even really fit into the movie there. But favourites, I'd probably have to go with....

"I wanna kill the Spider, you wanna kill the Spider... together, he doesn't stand a chance. Interested?"

Sandman's final speech (here's what I remember):

That little scene with Harry and Parker when he arrives to help him was a nice little classic Spidey line. "I arrived just in time."

"Few minutes ago wouldn't have hurt either." Now THAT is something Spider-Man would say, so I give them kudos for that.

His delivery was horrible...in fact, a lot of Bill Paxton's dad's lines were terrible.

aside from all the Venom lines which i loved, i also loved
what symbiote spidey said to sandman when he drowned him underground, and he saw sandman fall in the water and he says
"Good riddance...." i thought that was badass
also, when Peter is in the club and finishes dancing with Gwen, and than MJ walks away, and Peter follows her, and she says to him,
"Whats wrong with you..?"
and he says, "You...." i thought that was so cool. i really wish Peter wouldve said more because i wonder what other things he wouldve said to her to make her feel bad
