Now that the series is over, what's your favorite The Batman episode?

Mine would have to be Robin's first episode followed by Artifacts.

Same. I really liked the season 4 premiere. One of the best episodes. I remember being really impressed with it especially after the first 3 seasons. lol

While there's better episodes in this show, "Gotham's Ultimate Criminal Mastermind" is my favorite. There was something refreshing about that episode's villain. And the dark, gloomy atmosphere made it better.

I really enjoyed "strange new world". That and "artifacts" were both very well done.

I forgot... i also enjoyed the batman/superman episode and the joining aswell.

I don't remember exactly what it was called...I think it was Seconds. It was the one where the ordinary guy has the power to like rewind and do it over. That episode was spectacular. The character development and the atmosphere were execellent. They even (kinda) killed Batman!

My favorite episode?, let's see; it's an Season 4 episode no doubt:
I'm choosing "Rumors", I can't dislike an episode with a lot of villains.

Probably Two Of A Kind & Riddler's Revenge. Rumors was also great if only for the last 10 minutes.

The Rubberface of Comedy was my favorite.

I just watched that on Boomerang. I thought the premise was great but they kind of half-assed it. And how is it that Ethan just inhaled some of that vapor but nothing happened to Joker or his boys when they touched the stuff seconds after sPraying it. Also, at the art museum, a guard was left covered in that gunk.

WHAT?!?!?

Man, I liked the one penned after 1 Batman Too Many? Bruce gets injected w/ the Joker serum and he keeps crackin up.:hehe:
Bummer, I kind of liked that show, what little I got to see of the later epi's.

Damn

Some other favorites of mine include near-tearjerkers like "Meltdown", "A Matter of Family" and "Seconds". When an TV show makes you feel down even for just an hour, you know they did something right.

The first episode of The Batman I remember really enjoying alot was The Everywhere Man, don't know why I liked this one in particular, probably because I've watched the series out of show order and this was one of the first really good episodes I caught on You Tube.

Other than that I'd say The Batman/Superman story for obvious reasons like the inclusion of Lex Luthor, Metallo and most of the Superman cast in The Batman series.

The Laughing Bat with Joker posing as Batman was a great episode as well very funny:woot:

The Superman/Batman episode with Lex was cool.

The Superman/Batman epi was good, watching it really made me like Superman a lot more than before.

And the episode where the Joker dresses up as Batman. There was this scene when he busts into the mayor's office and the the mayor exclaims "Joker!" and the Joker (Dressed as Batman looks around) "Where?!"

Plus he was jumping people for little insignifcants like driving with the blinker and dropping a can. Hilarious.

The ones that immediately come to mind are The Laughing Bat, Artifacts and The Joining.

Joker: I'm The Batman.

Penguin: Yeah. See the thing is...you're not!

That made me smile. And so did this...

Most of my favorite come from either season 4 or 5.

A Matter of Family
Ring Toss
Artifacts
The Batman/Superman Story
Lost Heroes
Strange New World

The first three seasons felt very childish and immature. After the introduction of Robin, there was still that element of catering to kids but the writing got just a little more serious in hopes of attracting an older audiences. I think it succeeded because when it first premiered, it was mostly put down as being a weak copy of BTAS. Viewers weren't giving the show a fair chance. With season 4, the turnaround of opinion drastically changed and I thought that was kind of cool.

My favorite episode has to be the one where the "Clock King" guy appeared it was the episode that really turned the series around for me.

Besides "The Laughing Bat", other of my favorite episodes with Joker as a significant character are "The Rubberface of Comedy", "Strange Minds", "The Apprentice", and "The End of the Batman". These have shown a more darker, deadly side of this specific version of the Joker. Also, his sick sibling rivalry with Batman was a fun sub-plot.
