Your Favortie Kevin Smith Film

I liked them all but I would say my 3 favourites are Jersey Girl, Jay and Silent Bob strike back and Dogma.

Chasing Amy is his best film. Clerks is his most entertaining, and second best film. Mallrats is good in a stupid humor sort of way. I enjoyed Jersey Girl because of lowered expectations. I don't remember Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back so that isn't a good sign. Dogma is just plain awful, and I have yet to see Clerks 2.

Chasing Amy was just great movie and the best K-Smith flick

If you liked Clerks, you'll also like Clerks 2. I didn't think Chasing Amy was all too good, I might have to rewatch it. Jay and Silent Bob was hilarious.

It shifts between Chasing Amy and Mallrats for me. Those films rule.

This is true, I said Mallrats was my favorite but between those two; It basically comes down to what im in the mood for. I love both of those films.

Chasing Amy is the strongest I think. Not necessarily the funniest. But there's a difference between being the funniest movie and the greatest movie that has some funniness.

Such a hard question, but I'd have to say Chasing Amy.

Dogma is my favorite. I like when film poke fun at stuff like religion. Chasing Amy comes in close second with me.

This is how it goes for me as far as my favorites, not based on quality:

1. Clerks 2
2. Clerks
3. Mallrats
4. Chasing Amy
5. Dogma
6. Strike Back.
7. Jersey Girl

Me too. I just found Clerks 2 to be a little bit better in most aspects. I enjoyed it slightly more.

the one that's melting on fire and thrown into a swamp with herpes spores

I picked Chasing Amy,..Dogma was horrible. Jersey Girl is better...yes it really is.

I've put mallrats, but like someone said before me, it depends what mood I'm in -- i think I'd go for mallrats most times though since jason lee is the main character and he cracks me up good style . . . oh and stan lee's in it talking about The Things member lol.

Mallrats, always brilliantly funny. and for some reason i still think Jason Lee should be Iron Man based on this film...dunno why:huh:

but 2nd is Clerks 2, then Clerks, JASBSB, Chasing Amy, Jeresy Girl then Dogma(it was a mess of a movie:()

Clerks 2. Before then, Smith's comedy and filmmaking really didn't do anything for me. But Clerks 2 was just hilarious - and actually made me appreciate the original more.

I watched Mallrats yesterday, you gotta dig Jason Lee in it. I love the part were the kid keeps going on the escalator. I wish we had more Jason Lee in Smiths movies.

What do you mean more? He was in five of them if I'm not mistaken.
