Eh, just out of curiosity, what titles have been on your pull list for the longest?

Moreover, what books have you pulled for pretty much the entirety of your comic reading-career?

    For me...

Action Comics (with vol. 1 #842)
Batman (with Batman vol. 1 #628)
Captain America (with vol. 4 #26)
Daredevil (with DD vol. 2 #79)
Fantastic Four (with FF vol. 1 #519)
    Flash (with vol. 2 #215)
    Invincible (with #42)
Green Lantern (with GL vol. 4 #1)
Wonder Woman (with WW vol. 2 #216)

    I think that's it.

Thor. I've had it coming in regularly, either by subscription directly from Marvel or by pull list when I could drive to comic shops myself, for pretty much as long as I've been buying comics. Started with vol. 2 #1 on a whim because of the big Heroes Return fanfare and never stopped.

Pretty much everything else I've stopped and started with depending on the creators or other changes. I tend to try a lot and stick with whatever's good to me at the moment rather than declaring that I must always buy Avengers or whatever. Thor is obviously an exception, although another few months of Fraction and I might've finally dropped it.

Uncanny X-Men from issue 300 through current.

X-Men (Legacy) from issue 23 to current.

So both of them for about 19 years give or take.

Im pretty much the same way, only the titles I ended up keeping for good had rough patches that weren't quite long enough for me to drop them.

Like just as I was about to drop WW, Simone came on board, or the Flash was canceled right before I was finally going to be done with it, etc.

Marvel Team up 33 (I think - with nighthawk)
    Marvel 2 in 1 #11
    FF 167
Peter Parker he spectacular Spider-man 1
    Web of Spider-man 1
    Spider-man 1

I have the entire run of ultimate spider-man from 1 all the way through the end of ultimate peter parker.

Amazing spider-man I started reading around 361 and have picked up pretty much everything since, with the exception of when ben took over for Pete.

Nightwing vol 1 I've got the entire run. I even still pick up that title up to this day, new52 and all.

Uncanny X-men I started reading at 492 and haven't missed an issue since. I'll miss that title :(

Amazing Spider-Man for me... I started collecting monthly in 1978 with #183... so that would be about 36 years...

... though my first issue I ever bought with my own money was back in 1975 with #148...

I also have about 200 issue runs with every major title ever put out by both Marvel & DC... but I quit buying a lot of those books about 10/15 years ago...

Batman. I had been collecting both Batman and Detective Comics since the 1 Year Later storyline after Infinite Crisis, but I stopped pulling Detective after issue 3 of the New 52. It was a hard decision (when you're a collector and you've picked up every issue it's so hard to stop), but it just wasn't worth the cost anymore. I'm glad I dropped it. Maybe I'll pick it up again in the next few months.

The Amazing Spider-Man: started in my childhood in the 90's. The bulk of it is from the issue 520-something, the New Avenger arc to now.

I have all of Ultimate Spider-Man in trades up to the Warriors arc, then I have the issues up till 150, gonna close that gap and get started with Miles' issues. I picked up a lot of the Ultimate mini's through Ultimatum.

I had Captain America, Iron Man, Daredevil, and the New Avengers for years, reading up to the end of Siege for the majority of them. At that point I was unemployed and couldn't afford hardly any books.

I want to fill in those gaps in Cap and Iron Man, and continue those as well as Spider-Man once Now! starts.

I so wish I had gotten Invincible at #1.

Of course, I guess it really doesn't matter now that I just buy digital. :o

Ive been reading Batman every month since issue 612 and Amazing Spider-Man since issue 49 (vol. 1# 490) in 2003. Uncanny X-Men would've also been included but I took a break from that title when Claremont returned in 2004.

    Amazing Spider-Man #374
    Venom: since Lethal Protector #1
Started picking up every Spidey title regularly soon after Maximum Carnage
    Ultimate Spider-Man vol 1 #1
    Thunderbolts #1

On a side note, I've filled in a lot of gaps in my collection. I have EVERY issue of New Warriors vol 1 (that was hard to do, because the new issues closer to the end of the run were scarce even though it was linked to Spider-Man. My comic shop wouldn't order the book when Ben Reilly was on the team. It took me years just to find issue 61 to complete the set.) I was also lucky to find a complete run of 1-about 30 of Web of Spider-Man in a cheap longbox of comics...

Thor since #221 (complete Thor from JIM #83)
    X-Men since GS #1
    Superman since M.O.S. (1985 mini)
    Batman from #400

-Batman-since spring 2007, I've consistently collected some Batman book. First Morrison's run, then Batman & Robin (after Morrison left), and now Snyder's.
-Daredevil-also spring '07. I started when Brubaker had been on it for a year.
-Captain America-I've been getting the issues since early '08 but I'll be stopping with the end of Brubaker's run.
-Fantastic Four-I started with Millar's run (fall '08, I think) and I'll be stopping when Hickman's done.
-Criminal/Incognito/Fatale-I've pulled every Bru/Philips series since the third Criminal arc, which was in early '08.

    Avengers (8 years)
    • All of both New Avengers titles
    • All of Might Avengers
    • All of Dark Avengers
    • All of the Avengers (Post-Siege) relaunch
    • All of Secret Avengers
    • All of Avengers: The Initiative
I'm working backwards into the Avenger's run, starting with the 1998 relaunch collected in the Avengers Assemble trades.

    Iron Man (8 years)
    • Every issue of Iron Man since the "Extremis" Relaunch, including the Director of Shield title and Fraction's Relauch.
    Thunderbolts (6 years)
    • From issue 110 to the relaunch as Dark Avengers
    Punisher (26 years)
    • Every issue of the Punisher Marvel has printed (including alternate versions, MAX, crossovers, minis, one-shots, 80s/90s graphic novels and many of the character appearances in other titles. As of currently, my total is at approximately 635 issues.
