As a realistic wish, to figure out what I want from life so I can finish school and support my family better than I am with my crappy minimum wage job.

As a slightly less realistic one, I wish I'd win the lottery on one of those 600 million jackpots. That way at least you'd be guaranteed 200 million or so after its all said and done.

My one greatest wish, from a personal standpoint and not an overall one is to feel confident and able to actually successfully plant my feet on the ground as a creator. At the moment I have been running on empty and find it difficult to complete even the most simplest of tasks without a struggle.
