Pretened like IMDb asked you to write a summary for Spider-Man 4. Make it your dream story and where you'd take the story from the following criteria:
Spider-Man 3 ending:
-Peter and MJ get married
-Aunt May and Harry both die
-Eddie Brock gets sent to jail
-Sandman survived, his daughter redeemed him
My Spider-Man 4:
It's been a year since the black symbiote took over Peter Parker and nearly killed Eddie Brock. Peter's rival has been sent to jail after the symbiote abandoned him at the construction site. Peter and Mary Jane's married life has been going strong, with Peter being able to balance his life as a hero and as a husband. With the threat of the Goblin out of his life, everything has been going just fine.
That is, until Peter's old college teacher, Dr. Conners, takes a serum to grow back his arm. Instead, he becomes the monstrous Lizard, threatening and attacking civilians during the nighttime. Spider-Man takes on The Lizard and becomes heavily injured, only to be taken care of by a mysterious woman named The Black Cat. After numerous meetings with her, she tells him to 'man up' and take control of his life.
Peter/Spider-Man becomes more aggressive as a result, snapping at Mary Jane every time he feels his ego is threatened, arguing with John Jameson which results in him losing his job, and nearly killing Conners/The Lizard, completely ignoring his limping family in the process. Both Spider-Man and Conners have to suppress their animalistic behaviors to save their marriages while something may be brewing in the nearby prison with Eddie Brock and his cell mate, Cletus Kassidy.

Of course, Cletus would be all build up, with the symbiote sneaking into the jail cell at the very end.
