Your Top 5 Books Right now?

It was right on the first couple of pages of IC #4. The Society drops Chemo like a bomb right onto Bludhaven and it goes boom.

Actually, I didn't. I don't really give a s*** about Flubber. F*** it.

X-Factor's only three issues in, and Young Avengers and She-Hulk are at the bottom of the rung. Im glad, though, that we can both agree that none of the mainline DCU books deserve to be on the list. Man, does DC suck:up::)

Yeah House of M is So much better then IC...

And you returned with a comparison between two specific books.

But isnt it?

Ultimates 2 is from Marvel and The Batman Strikes! is from DC, so it must be.

JSA, TT, Batman, Adventures of Superman, Infinite Crisis are all A++ books.

I'm never snarky. I'm the Anti-Snark, in fact. Snarkiness cowers before me.

I returned to comics only recently but here are my top 5 comics:

1. Amazing Spider-Man
2. Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
3. Conan
4. Invincible

I'm also trying to catch up by buying lots of TPBs and back issues.

I also had trouble countin' when I was a kid.

I only buy 4 monthiles at the moment. You can count Amazing twice if you want to, it's easily my favorite comic.

If yer a Spider-***** ya oughta try Ultimate Spider-man, it kicks Amazing Spider-mans mystical ass.

I tried Ultimate but it was boring. I rather stick with the real Spider-Man, and Straczynski is great.

Sure, that's one reason, I don't like Bendis dialogue.

But the main reason is that it's not the same Spider-Man that I grew up with.

This is drifting off topic now but I read a couple of issues of New Avengers my friend had and Bendis seems to write Spider-Man there as if he was the Ultimate version. Doesn't he realize these are two totally different characters??

Of course not, and nobody will tell him otherwise because he brings sales.
