Hey! I just thought of one that I realy enjoyed.

Captain Britain by Alan Moore. I forget the official title of the trade but look for Moore's name. It's a really good story.

Marvel has not created many graphic novels.

I had exactly this thought. I saw the title and thought, "Now, wait a second. DC has these classic graphic novel stories like The Killing Joke or Red Son. But I don't think I've ever actually read a one-shot graphic novel from the Marvelverse." They must exist but most of them do just seem like TPB collections of major story arcs.

Dr Doom and Dr Strange : Triumph and Torment
Fantastic Four : Books of Doom
Spider-Man : Big Time
Spider-Man : Kraven's Last Hunt
Secret Warriors (all 6 volumes)
