While flying across the Atlantic, you experience turbulence after encountering a storm the likes of which you have NEVER seen. Your plane must make an emergency landing on a mysterious island. But things don't go smoothly.

Under the intense pressure, the plane cracks into two and you are sent flying into oblivion. Luckily, you land on a piece of luggage, as you begin to lose conciousness, you realize your beloved DVD collection is floating off into eternity. Particularly, your newly acquired Ultimate Edition James Bond DVD collection.

Realizing the gravity of the situation and your physical condition, you only have the strength to take ONE James Bond film before you fade from conciousness. However, you can only reach these films:

Die Another Day
Moonraker
Diamonds Are Forever
Licence To Kill
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
The Man With The Golden Gun
A View To A Kill

Which one do you grab and why?

Licence To Kill because Dalton is so hardass.

OHMSS is second because it's a damn good movie.

I can only save a freaking dvd movie? what the hell.....?

By the way, between those ones, i would choose the man with the golden gun. But i would preffer some food or some hot chick. Anyway , if there arent any dvd player i wont do any ***ing thing with that dvd.

Well, tongue was firmly planted in cheek when I wrote the "Desert Island" bit, however what I'm more concerned about is what Bond film you think the best out of the ones I selected.

More often than not, those films are thrown around as the worst ever. However, LTK and OHMSS can definitely be seen as borderline.

For instance, Moonraker has an amazing PTS. Bond gets thrown out of an airplane with no parachute, catches up to the bad guy who has one, takes it and then does battle with a returning JAWS thousands of feet in the air. Isn't that awesome?

Well, moonraker, diamonds and die another die are consired the worst bond films ever, and im agree. But even those films had good things in it, all the bond films has good things in it. I would put the man with the golden gun, licence to kill and on her majesty secret service above those films.

But i still choose some food and drink and a hot chick.

Amongst the general public perhaps, however OHMSS has for some time been very highly regarded amongst Bond fans. The films that are most consistently hated on by Bond fans and public alike are Moonraker, Die Another Day, A View to a Kill and The Man With the Golden Gun. Out of those 4 I think Moonraker is the best.

I hold OHMSS and LTK in high regard. However, they are often overlooked as great Bond films.

I don't know if any one Bond film is hated. DAD was the highest grossing Bond film until Casino Royale, whereas Licence To Kill (with inflation included) still has done the most poorly of the Bond films.

I'm tempted to say DAF, simply because its the only connery bond movie on the list and come on, its freakin' connery BUT there's also OHMSS, which is a classic and the best film on the list...nothing beats it's opening instrumental theme.

DAD, because it was actually one of my favourate bond films!

Licence to Kill, cos Dalton and Craig are my favourite Bonds. Whoever sticks close to Fleming is OK in my book.
