🇪🇺 Discussion: The European Union

He got off light compared to "Il Duce" Mussollini.

The Italian people will decide what to do with him.

anyway he was not punched;he was thrown a miniature of Milan's Duomo church to his face.

From everything I've heard about this PM, it seems like he had it coming, though.

I can't hate this guy.

In his 70s and still banging young women in their prime. Models at that too.

Makes his wife apologize for his indiscretions with young women, and his own daughter defends his indiscretions with young women.

Totally AMOGed Barrack in front of his wife haha. Barrack wasn't happy for sure.

Just one of his daughters defends him and she's the one who administrates his multi-million dollar media empire.
And his wife filed for divorce; she'a asking 3 and half million euro a month (that's 5 million dollar a month).
Btw, he pays for his mistresses. Some of them are plain ****es, some are aspiring actresses. The recurring ones receives presents like a 1-million euro apartment in the center of Rome.

Yes I know most of this.

I like him because he is an ******* who doesn't try or pretend he isn't. It is blatant, transparent and hilarious. Besides just because one is rich, it doesn't mean they can hold it together with a woman, let alone multiple ones. I've known some rich betas get owned by their women, and ultimately despised by the lady. :funny:

Funny how Tiger is beseiged by his multiple infidelities, but Berlusconi, a leader of Italy, is doing it openly and isn't apologetic about it at all.

Like a pack of wolves, if you show any sign of weakness they ravage you. Being apologetic display weakness. It's one of those weird contradictions of respect.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20081107/pl_nm/us_italy_berlusconi_obama
At a news conference, Berlusconi was brusque with an American journalist who suggested he should say sorry for the remark on Thursday. Visiting Moscow, he described the man elected to be the first black U.S. president as “handsome, young and also suntanned.”

His center-left opponents called the comment racist; Berlusconi responded by saying they were “imbeciles without any sense of humor.”

At Friday’s news conference after a European Union summit, the reporter asked: “Prime Minister, do you realize that your comment on Obama is offensive to the United States? Why don’t you apologize?”

Berlusconi responded: “Give me a break! You have just put yourself on that list of people (imbeciles) I mentioned yesterday!”

When the reporter pressed for an answer on why Berlusconi did not deem it necessary to apologize, the prime minister, clearly irritated, said: “Why (should I)? You should apologize to Italy!” He then walked out of the room.
:funny:

The longest serving Prime Minister in Italy I might add.

The sad thing is that half of the Italians believe in his lies; they like him as the self-made millionaire who's stopping the communists from ruling the country.
They don't care if he started his empire with the money from the mafia and he corrupted lawyers, politicians and policemen to stay afloat and out of prison.
The Italian parliament now is filled for half with his lawyers, his accountants, a couple of ex lovers and yes men.
This is our ministry of Equal opportunities.

I'm going to have to side with Dox on this one. I just can't bring myself to hate him when he's being such an ******* in the open as opposed to behind closed doors like American Presidents do.

I think Tony Soprano would've been a better PM.

According to the AP, governments in the EU are close to an agreement that would 'bail out' Greece.
