Phantom Thread

This has become my favorite PTA film. I don’t know what it is about it. I like DDL, but never been on board the whole ‘’greatest actor ever’’ talk. He likes to ham it up for my taste, but here in this movie, I find myself boarding on the train. It actually makes a great back to back rewatch with The Master. PTA is John Steinbeck in directing form.

Strange Darling

Chefs kiss! Now this is a great flick on a limited budget. The plot it self is simple, but the greatness comes in the way it was edited and presented together. This has a lot of hype on the corner of the film internet, but it totally lives up to it. A great punch to the stomach.
