Got a real, live, Cloverfield....now we just need a radioactive leaking satellite to fall in the oceans near the Caribbean, so some one can video it on the iPhone, for a real sequel.

Probably it's some species of frogfish or another ugly but otherwise non-radioactive or mutant fish. Some of those have surprisingly non-fish looking appendages but are in fact very much naturally that way.
