Comics Questions:

1) What's your favorite comic that you believe more people should be reading?

Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane. It's almost impossible to get people to convince themselves to read this comic. I believe they think it would be too gay if they read it; but, they just need to get over themselves.

2) What's your least favorite comic that you believe too many people are reading?

After reading the latest Clone Saga, Ultimate Spider-Man has made me believe it's the worst piece of crap I've read in a while. Bendis took a decent book (even with everything that's gone on before), and turned into a stinking pile of poo. I might even like The Other better. I definitely think the original Clone Saga is much, much better than what he's done to that book.

3) You can bring back one dead character from any company. Who would it be?

Doug Ramsey....no, Warlock....NO, Magik! Dang it, it's too hard to decide...but, I'll go with Magik.

Music Questions:

4) What's the best concert you've ever seen? (Feel free to name the worst, if you've had that experience.)

Hands down, Prince...both concerts I've seen of him. A distant second would be Meatloaf. That was pretty good.

I haven't had a worst concert experience...but, when Cheap Trick opened for Meatloaf, the album they were promoting was really bad. The sound was bad, and except for a few songs, it was pretty much new material that nobody knew. Except for a few Cheap Trick fans, everyone just wanted them off the stage.

5) What's the last cd you purchased? (Downloads not allowed! It's what you actually paid money for.)

Well, today I'm going to buy the new Meatloaf. But, before that, I bought the new Vince Gill 4-cd set. I'm not a country fan or anything...but, I was impressed that he put out a 4-cd set, and I was too interested to find out how he did to pass up the great price of under $20.00. It's pretty good, btw. Not great, but pretty good.

Movie Questions:

6) What movie that hasn't been released are you most looking forward to next?

The next movie to be released would be the new James Bond movie a little over two weeks. After that, it would be Spider-Man 3...and, Harry Potter, of course.

7) Is there an actress or actor who, no matter what movie they put out, you'll go see, regardless of reviews? (Of course, who?)

I tend to see everything Nicole Kidman puts out...even the bad stuff. Plus, I end up seeing all the Hugh Jackman movies, and haven't been too disappointed with anything yet. (Sure, Van Helsing wasn't great...but, for a mantinee, it wasn't bad, either.) Oh, and I will see any movie by Marvel..even though it doesn't fit the category of the question.

Personal Questions:

8) What's the worst injury (or boo-boo) you've ever had?

I've been pretty fortunate...except when I was about 7, my brother and I were playing with a gigantic, yellow, stuffed snake that we had found in a dumpster waaay back in the early 70's. We had it for a few years, and we'd swing it to each other on a bed, wrap it around our legs, and pull hard. Well, my brother pulled real hard, and I hurt my neck. I had to go to the hospital, where I wore a neck brace for a few weeks. (I even remember it was a Sunday, because The Wonderful World Of Disney was on, and I had to miss it.)

9) Do you have a phobia? What is it? (Or, for some people, just give the top 5.)

A fear of heights. (I cannot handle anything, like a ski lift. I've tried, and don't you dare swing it!) I don't like bridges, either. I mean big ones. I drive and just try to not think about the height. (I really hated this when after 9/11, they said terrorists might go after bridges. I drove across a major one every day with my old job, and always looked around for vans, which I noticed quite a few people seem to own.)

10) In order, what couldn't you live without? Music, Television, Theatrical Movies, Books and Comics, Pizza, Any beverage except water and milk, Sex (with yourself not included), Family, Pets, or any kind of dessert you can imagine (includes candy bars and sweets).

Comics Questions:

1) What's your favorite comic that you believe more people should be reading? I think I have a three way tie on comics that I eagerly await each month and I can't decide between them, so I'll list them all. Ironically enough, their Marvel's three teen team books: Runaways, Young Avengers, New X-Men.

2) What's your least favorite comic that you believe too many people are reading?

I don't really have anything against any book. I'm thinking that maybe Cable & Deadpool is it. I loved the Burnt Offering arc, but the rest just bores me to tears.

3) You can bring back one dead character from any company. Who would it be? Character and book... Arwen is the character, and Sojourn is the book. The story was never finished before Crossgen went under, and the last book that was released gave you the impression that Arwen was dead. I LOVED that book!

Music Questions:

4) What's the best concert you've ever seen? (Feel free to name the worst, if you've had that experience.) I've actually never been to a concert... no big desire to. The only person I truly wouldn't mind seeing live is Sting

5) What's the last cd you purchased? (Downloads not allowed! It's what you actually paid money for.) Lord, I think it was Toby Mac's Phenominon CD, but that was forever ago. I don't even own a CD these days, or a CD player. I'm just not much of a music person.

Movie Questions:

6) What movie that hasn't been released are you most looking forward to next? I'd say either Spiderman 3 or Fantastic Four 2. Both equally have my interest.

7) Is there an actress or actor who, no matter what movie they put out, you'll go see, regardless of reviews? (Of course, who?) I don't really have a favorate actor, as I'm not much of a movie buff either. I actually go to the movies about twice a year.

Personal Questions:

8) What's the worst injury (or boo-boo) you've ever had? I was blind for 2 weeks after a car accident. I was bending over in the passenger seat, puting a Bible on the floor, and just as I looked up over the dashboard, my wife (then girlfriend) hit a pole and the air bag deflated litterally an inch from my open eyes. My eyes were scratched to pieces and my face was cut open down the center and around my eyes. After I healed, my doctor asked if I had been praying. I said yes and he says that that was the only way I was seeing how I was. My eyes were back to their 'superior vision' status, when I doubted I'd ever see again.

9) Do you have a phobia? What is it? (Or, for some people, just give the top 5.) Not really, but Sharks do make me very nervous. One surprised me at an aquarium once by swimming beside me when I wasn't looking. I jumped very high.

10) In order, what couldn't you live without? Music, Television, Theatrical Movies, Books and Comics, Pizza, Any beverage except water and milk, Sex (with yourself not included), Family, Pets, or any kind of dessert you can imagine (includes candy bars and sweets).

Family (wife and two children, and mother... I'm a momma's boy), Books and Comics, Sex, Any beverage except water and milk (not alcohol, strong hatred for it due to the damage it's done my family), Pets, Desserts, Television, Pizza, Theatrical Movies.

My eyes were back to their 'superior vision' status, when I doubted I'd ever see again.

but...if you'd never reached for the bible it would have never happened...

Hmmm...I love theological riddles :woot:

Devi is indeed awesome  I'm getting the entire virgin range at the moment and the art, speaking as a mostly marvel reader, is just ASTOUNDING. Buy seven brothers, the first issue was awesome!

Technically, I was reaching for it to pick it up... so it could be said that God was punishing me for puting his bible on the floor, and then he healed me to say... okay, not don't do it again.

Or it could be more like this... 'bible on the floor'... "HOW DARE YOU"....'blind'.... 'healed'... "HA HA, JUST KIDDING LAUGH OUT LOUD"

Comics Questions:

1) What's your favorite comic that you believe more people should be reading?
I know how a lot of people feel about this, but I wish more would happen with Toxin...........er, anything in general.

2) What's your least favorite comic that you believe too many people are reading? Anything with Wolverine? JK, but he is in everything

3) You can bring back one dead character from any company. Who would it be? I'm gonna go with Hippie on this one. Dead is dead. My dead relatives aren't coming back anytime soon. If they do, they're getting hit with a shovel

Music Questions:

4) What's the best concert you've ever seen? (Feel free to name the worst, if you've had that experience.) I just saw Tool a month ago, and it was ridiculous.........but on a smaller scale, Breaking Benjamin and Evans Blue put on a helluva show for small venues.

5) What's the last cd you purchased? (Downloads not allowed! It's what you actually paid money for.)
Not to rub it in(which I'm really not cuz you can download anything)but I haven't paid for a cd in 4 years cuz I work at a radio station. But these days, if you buy anything, it better be worth it. If anyone is looking for a solid rock album, Evans Blue-The Melody and Energetic Nature of Volume is great.

I.....hate......bats

10) In order, what couldn't you live without?
