I wanna do what Kevin Smith did and hold a picket session against Westboro at Westboro's picket session. Hearing that story was absolutely hilarious. I think it was Kevin Smith's gay brother who brought a sign that read "**** is delicious" and waved it in front of the leader's wife. LOL

I guess my town will have to deal with these people again (they have attended funerals of several servicemen). A counter protest that dwarfed their own would be great but ignoring them would probably be for the best. Sadly, I dont see that happening. They instigate and incite people too much to be ignored.

lol There are always going to be fanatics, whether religious or not. And those fanatics usually make everyone else look bad. These guys are no exception. Like I posted above, religion doesn't bother me and if anything, I think it definitely helps people (though just not myself). But using something that's supposed to make you a better human being to spread your own misguided message of hate? Come on now. lol

Yeah, let's not even discuss these guys. There is enough crazy surrounding the gunman (won't say his name) to be discussed lol.

As a Christian, it appalls me to hear about the messages the WBC spews out in these protests. I'm not trying to bring religion or faith into any of this, but what these people are doing is disgusting. These families are hurt enough as it is; do they really need to make it worse by protesting at the funerals? "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." Seems they should try and learn from that.

Well, one loon comes out to play, the rest follow. Not really that surprising. I'd rather have them than copycats, at least Westboro is just annoying.

Some of them may be in the hospital and cant get access to the Hype, if that is the case. But it is unlikely we will ever know.

This wouldn't be the first time WBC pickets a Batman-related funeral. These scumbags tried to picket Heath Ledger's funeral 4 years ago. His crime? He once played a gay man in 'Brokeback Mountain.'

Seriously, **** the WBC. I know all they are out is to offend and cause problems, but they need to go. Im not calling for death, I'm not wishing evil upon them, but they need to be barred from doing this. These people, innocent people died here in this event that could have come to pass anywhere, and these people only seek to spread hate over what should be a time to remember and mourn.

I'm not particularly religious, but I've always felt that the day Fred Phelps finally meets his maker, the conversation they're going to have is not going to be the way he expects it to go. I take comfort in that.

You relieze the WBC wants attention?
If nobody pays attention to them they'll go away.
We can do that by not clicking on news stories about them.....if hits go down, they won't report.
