When did you join the Hype?
October of 2003, but I had lurked around
Spider-Man Hype for several years.
Whats your favorite forum?
The one I'm most active in are the RPG boards, so I'd probably go with that one. Though I do fancy the boards of my namesake, for the simple comradeship.
What brought you here?
The realization that I had nothing better to do with my time than argue about the textures of Christian Bale's Batsuit.
What made you stay?
The realization that I had nothing better to do with my time than pretend to ignore the fact that I once argued about the textures of Christian Bale's Batsuit.
Who is your Hype Nemesis?
Mister J.
He represents everything I stand against. The devil preaches chaos over order. Crime over justice. Madness over sanity. Jolly manics over emo-brooding. It's sickening.
Fave smiley(s):
What is your current avatar? (post a pic of it if you want)
Funny story about the one I'm wearing. A friend of mine on the boards, Byrd Man, put up an avatar of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of The Moon" cover merged with a pink-colored Floyd from
The Andy Griffith Show.
It became sort of a running gag among the rest of us RPG guys, with Andy C. sporting "Pink Frued". So I decided to do my own version, and combined my love of Dumb And Dumber with my less than articulate Photoshop skills!
It'll be the first and last time I ever wear an avatar that isn't of my dear Dark Knight Detective.
What is your Hype Pet Peeve?
When people dismiss others' casting choices for a certain role, only to suggest someone far worse for the role themselves. Everyone's got their preferences, you know? Let them be.

Many laughs and many embarrassments have come from one of my favorite threads, here...
The RPG Boards' Random Chat Log Thread
How old are you?
19, about to turn 20 in June.
Where were you born?
Louisville, Kentucky. I've since lived my life in my own Gotham City, which is called "Seymour, Indiana" for convenience.
Whats your job?
My job currently consists of looking for a current job. I'm at a period in my life where I'm looking to venture out on my own, so with that ludicrous idea in mind, I'm needing a way to pay the bills.
What kind of vehicle do you drive?
A white '98 Toyota Camry.
Ugly car. More ugly on this car than a Rolling Stones' group photo.
Dream car?

Or any variation of that.
What is your greatest regret?
Enrolling in homeschooling at an early age (12 years old, 6th grade). Not a fun way to carry out my teen years. I wouldn't recommend it.
What is your greatest achievement?
Sadly enough, acquiring this username.
High school mascot?
The Seymour Owl. A huge purple owl with basketball shorts.
Yeah.
How do you like your steak?
Medium well. Don't mind if there's a little pink in the center.
Whats a bad habit of yours?
I tend to get angry very easily, so I've been trying to teach myself more self control over that.
Favorite Place to Eat?
Depends on the day. I like to get takeout alot, so I end up either going to a local Mexican restaurant or Applebee's.
How many tattoos do you have?
None, and I intend to keep it that way. It's not really my thing.
If you could live in any fictional universe, what would it be, and why?
The Star Wars universe, because any universe ruled by a black-caped James Earl Jones with an iron fist is a universe that I want to live in.
If you could be present for any historical event, what? Why?
The American Civil War, just so I could see how much worse our country was back in the day, compared to now.
Name three people, living or dead, you would want to have dinner with?
JJ Abrams, because I love his work.
Stephen King, because I love his work.
and Joel Schumacher, so I could ask what the hell he was thinking.
What was the last film you saw at the cinema?
The Dark Knight. Admittedly, I'm not much of a theater guy. I tend to wait until the DVD release.
What is your favorite TV show?
Seinfeld is probably the one non-comic book oriented show I could classify as my definite favorite.
What is your best childhood memory?
Probably any time I was living in my former apartment, simply because I had lots of friends that lived around me. Good times came out of those years.
An embarrassing moment?
Probably when I discovered the dreaded... *ONLINE PORNOGRAPHY!*
Which store would you choose to max out your credit card?
Border's book store. I love to read, and I could probably buy every single graphic novel they have in stock.
What is the last cd/mp3 you acquired?
I just recently downloaded half of
Linkin Park - Meteora, aswell as Black Sabbath's "Iron Man".
Show us a sample of your handwriting?
Yay! A chance to use my new scanner...
