What’s your favorite forum?

Misc Films represent! Also, I like the DC boards. I mostly read it these days since I haven't been able to keep up with comics...damn school.

What brought you here?

Batman. I was so psyched for TDK I needed a place to "Squeee!" about it.

What made you stay?

I discovered the Misc. Films forum! I also got to know some more Community folks because Jimmy and StorminNorman convinced me to play Erz's and Daisy's Survivor. And here we are...

I hate fanboys/fangirls who think they know everything about a certain fandom and therefore are "true fans" and everyone else is an idiot. There used to be a lot of that kind of posturing on the batboards. Get over yourselves, seriously.

Toronto.

The hospital I was born in is being turned into luxury condos. That made me sad. True story.

I'm in law school. Prior to that I worked at a pool. I've held lots of other odd jobs...bartender, server, door-to-door sales, etc.

I don't drive. I don't even have my license

What is your greatest regret?

I try not to live with regrets. I've learned something from everything that has happened in my life, even the s***ty horrible stuff.

What is your greatest achievement?

To this point, I guess it would be getting into law school

Medium Rare, on the rare side

Does binge drinking count as a bad habit? . Just kidding. I chew my lips all the time which results in them being chapped. I really need to stop.

Duffs wings, in Toronto or Buffalo. The Keg is also quite delicious.

None. No desire to have any really.

I think I would want to live in the Harry Potter verse, as long as I could be witch. I just want to have awesome magical powers.

If you could be present for any historical event, what? Why?

I don't know about an event, but if I could be present in any historical period it would be 1920's Paris. Get to hang out with Hemmingway and Dali, go to Shakespeare and Company before it was a tourist trap...and the clothes would be great!

My maternal grandfather (he died before I was born, it would be cool to get to know him)

Of all time? Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Hmmm this is a hard one. I have very found memories of family trips. My parents drove us around everywhere. I've driven to Prince Edward Island and Florida.

An embarrassing moment?

This is also really hard. My life is a series of embarrassing moments . I guess the most recent was when I walked all the way to the gym, realized I'd forgotten my lock, walked home, got it, and walked back. I was definitely getting some odd looks from the desk staff.

Which store would you choose to max out your credit card?

As I have actually maxed my credit card out shopping, I will simply say that I would try to be responsible and not max out my credit card...again.

The last album I bought was Set Yourself on Fire-Stars

I am a fan, but not as big a fan as my name would suggest. My SN comes from the Fametracker boards way back when, and a nickname I developed in school.

What do you think about the movie coming out?

I'm excited for it. It looks like it will be a fun action adventure. I know some people are upset about that, but personally I don't think Doyle would have minded. Plus, a lot of Holmes stories had a decent amount of action in it.

I do have a lot of fun playing survivor. This was last one was good, even though I felt like I didn't have the best grip on the game.

Last movie you saw?

I re-watched TDK last night. I was in Christian Bale mood, cause I watched American Psycho on Friday, and even though he's a crazy serial killer he is also a really fantastic looking serial killer.

Do much this weekend?

I studied a lot, put in some gym time. Got my first exam on Friday. I'm actually entering panic mode a little...

LOL, um I'm not really a fighter. I don't think I would want to fight anyone.

Good question. I have a bit of an obsession with all of the Impressionists. Of them my favourites would be Degas and Manet (my all time favourite painting is Olympia). I also really like Frida Kahlo.

Baskerville is pretty good, but I like the first collection of stories the best. Names escape me at the moment...

I have narrowed it down to...not corporate. LOL. I know I want to litigate or be a negotiator, and I know I would like to do something public interest oriented. Other than that I have no clue. I'm trying not to stress too hard about not knowing though. I'm using this year just to feel out what I like.

Favorite TV show as a child?

When I was really little, I was all about the Care Bears. I then moved to Sailor Moon, BTAS, and X-Men. Preteen, BUFFY and Breaker High and Student Bodies, and Degrassi. Canadian preteen shows FTW!

What did you want to be when you were a child?

I was convinced for a long time that I was going to be a vet. Then I got to Grade 9 and realized that to be a vet you have to be good at math. Goodbye vet dreams, hello history major!

Well, personally I think Godzilla would like the babies since he wouldn't get any fur in his teeth. However, sometimes Godzilla is friendly to humans. So perhaps he would go for the kittens.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Green Day from my preteen days. They were the soundtrack to my life. But really, I would have to say Sloan and Metric are my favourite bands. I cannot get tired of their albums.

I watched Wizard of Oz so many times I wore the tape out.

I like action adventure a lot. But I also like films that really can't fit in a genre persay. I think I'm more attracted to really great stories, no matter the genre.

BATMAN

Have you grown a recent appreciation for a character you once disliked?

I was never a huge Catwoman fan, but she has become one of my favourite comic book characters. I think overall, she's well written and she's developed into much more than Batman's squeeze. I am PRAYING I will get to see her on screen soon.

Are you optimistic about Thor, Captain America, and the Avengers films?

Very much so, especially Thor. I think Brannagh is doing something very ambitious.

Who would you like to see be the villain of the Avengers film?

Wow, I don't even know. I'm not all that familiar with Marvel villians to be honest. Maybe there should be an evil anti-Avengers team they can fight?

I'm not affiliated to any political party, but I tend to skew left of centre in my political beliefs. I voted NDP last federal election. I don't really think there is an American counterpart for the NDP. Let's put it this way. If you are one of the folks who think Obama is a socialist, you would probably have a stroke if you saw the NDP's party platform.

What do you consider the 'Top 3' Pixar movies to be?

Wall-E
The Incredibles
and the one that started it all, Toy Story.

But, to be honest, I'm hard pressed to find a Pixar film I didn't really enjoy. Even Cars was better than about 90% of the other animated films out there. I think the only animation studio that really gives Pixar a run for it's money is Studio Ghibli. Spirited Away is on my top 10 all time favourties, and I think it is better than ALL the Pixar films. Even Wall-E.
