Just to make the statement sink in: Philly 86, Minnesota 84 - in the game on Sunday. Kobe 81 all by his lonesome . He only shot around 50% of LA's shots, and since when has any other 'ballhog' as you say had a chance to score 81? Having trouble remembering. I thought so. MJ has taken more shots in a game, and his high is 69. Nuff said.

How am I hating I am telling the truth Kobe has never learned to share the ball hell thats the main reason why Shaq and him had problems. Kobe will never be a reat ball player or teamate until he learns how to lead and teach a team instead of always shooting whenever he touches the ball. I mean sure he can put up points but he will always lose until he learns how to lead. Jordan was the same way then he got it. I can't win with out teaching and leading my team. What first off if not for Shaq Kobe would not have won anything. Second Jordan is a teacher how the hell do you think the Bulls were so great and it wasn't because of Phil with Jordan he brought everybody else up with him. Once again Kobe does nothing with team and keeps himself as far away from the team as he can and then gets mad and wants to fight everyone who says the man shoots to much. Kobe is a heck of a ball player I will admit that but he is not a leader or a good teammate and thats the main reason why most players in the NBA can not stand to be on the same team as him.

Look at what happened when he had Shaq on his team the time they were playing the Pistons and acted like he didn't know who Shaq was he didn't pass the ball really and tried taking all the shots and what happened they lost the series and he made his team look stupid. We already know how well Shaq does with out Kobe but I have yet to see Kobe do something.

That's very easy to say if you never saw the game. The stat sheets don't say how many times he passed the ball, and how many times everyone else missed. He could've had 10 assists EASILY. Most of that is evident by the fact that the first half was spent trying to do what everyone else says he SHOULD do.... get his teammaetes involved... only, they weren't doing anything.

Normally, I'd mock a performance like this.... but it was a perfect example of doing what's needed for the win. The Lakers have a problem... but it's NOT Kobe Bryant. Smush Parker is fast becoming the #2 man because stupid Odom won't step up and do a damn thing. The reason why Jordan never did what Kobe did because he always had Pippen. Kobe can score 81.... hell, he can score 100 on a good night... but until he has someone to pass the ball to, his points will stay up, and his assists will stay low. Doesn't mean he doesn't pass the ball.

You can't get an assist if the others don't make the shot. He only scored 26 points in the entire first half. The reason they were losing was because he was passing.

He's definately a front-runner for MVP.
