Also, do not discuss your picks in this thread before you've made them.

I'm a little sad VRICH made his selection so fast, because I had an offer for him from New England.

You guys do know Houston's second round pick belongs to Baltimore in exchange for LeRon McClain right?

TWO TRADE ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The Seattle Seahawks have traded the 4th overall pick to the New England Patriots for the 23rd, 49th (2nd Round), and 58th (2nd Round) overall picks in the draft.

******

The Cleveland Browns have traded the 5th overall pick to the Denver Broncos for the 12th overall pick, TE Tony Scheffler, and the 79th overall pick (3rd Round).

That makes no sense from New England's perspective. Belicheck would never mortgage the first day of the draft to take a guy at a position his team is stacked at already and ignore their glaring holes at LB. That trade maybe makes sense if Curry is still on the board but not for Crabtree

Great trades and I love the pick by the patriots now crabtree can learn under the master:up:

If anyone is interested in pick 19 let me know.

Mortgage the first day of the draft?

We still have two 2nd Round picks.

And we aren't stacked at WR. Moss is aging, Galloway is a fossil, Welker is a complimentary piece, and the rest of those jokers aren't worth mentioning. We get, arguably, the best player in the draft and still hold two 2nd Round picks to address other needs.

As a Dolphin fan (and psuedo gm), I'm pleased with the trade. Leaves me to pick and choose which players i wanted that i know the Cheatriots also wanted.

Interesting developments. Crabtree will flourish under Brady and Moss, but Seattle wins big with stockpiling picks to fill their needs as well. It's fairly obvious who Denver's going to take so that should anchor their d-line for years.

Houston's #15 pick is on the block as well for anyone willing to trade up for it.

Belicheck has an abundance of first day picks. If he identifies a player he wants, and it's clear that our Patriots did, he would make that trade. The Pats have 12 picks, 12 rookies won't make the roster. Now the Pats have 9 picks.

I'm very torn with what to do with the 5th pick :cmad:

Take a QB...you mean for denver right?

TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT:

football_TavarisJackson.gif

The Minnesota Vikings will trade Pick 22, Pick 54 (round 2), Pick 158 (round 5), their 2010 First Round Pick and Tarvaris Jackson to the Denver Broncos for...

Jay Cutler

Holy S***. This trade is about as big as the real one involving Chicago, and AGAIN Cutler doesn't have anyone to throw to. Denver's now in an interesting situation with Chris Simms and Jackson at QB. Will Donnie take Sanchez? Will he take Raji and then trade up to get Sanchez in what would be a cap killer in taking practically two top 10 picks? This (Mock) Draft has become VERRRY interesting....

BTW, I'll take San Francisco, and if I'm granted it, the number 10 pick is up for grabs.
